“Robert had a little delusion, one he thinks you all shared. That I, fearless as I am… screamed.” Anna chuckled, waving a hand. “We should leave. If everyone is present and accounted for I see no reason why staying in this hellhole would be logical. When we have a game plan we can rescue the others and fix this mess once and for all.” Hyde looked to her suspiciously, but said nothing, looking too sick to handle himself.
"Well, we definitely heard a scream." MIna's brow furrowed. "And it seemed to be the same distance away as you would've been after you went out of the room. It can't be a delusion or a coincidence, but if you're alright, then…" Her eyes looked over them all. "Yes, there's no reason to stay. I've seen enough to where I can definitely file a proper investigation into this place."
Something held her lips into her a frown as she caught Hyde's suspicious look. It surprised her to realize that she shared the same feelings as he did, but…
When I met Anna, she told me was scared. Very scared. What made her so fearless all of a sudden?
Robert snapped back to the present. He turned his attention to Victor, kneeling down beside him. "Strange boils…?" he muttered, half to himself and half to Mina. As he looked over the small man– god, he looked so tiny now– he caught the curious purple blotches covering Victor's face and neck. Robert cursed under his breath, then looked to Anna's direction.
"If we're ready to leave, then we should tend to this moron first. Do you think Dr. Jekyll will know anything about what's happening to him?" he asked.
