Kash glared down at his sketch book. It had been a full two weeks since he had updated his web comic, and his fans where getting extremely impatient. He had thought that if he got out of his cheap apartment and out into the city he would get some inspiration. The only thing that being outside did to him was make him cold. Damn. Should have brought a jacket.

Cody stepped out from the back alley he used as a shortcut around town. He shoved his hands in his ratty russet-collared sweater with a deep sigh that made his breath float up into the air. He touseled his matching flamming red hair up, before continuing with his long strides down the street to the park, ignoring all the stares he got for being so freakishly tall.

Kash looked up, a small group of girls that stood nearby stared at him, giggling and whispering as they took little glances at him. He rolled his eyes a bit, feeling a little uncomfortable with all the attention he was getting. Hopefully they don't come up to him.

Rude whispers floated after him. He tried not to listen to them as he walked, keeping his head down and staring at the ground. He pushed his way through a gaggle of giggling girls, who were literally just standing around in the middle of his way.
The girls glanced over, shocked (imagines shocked Pikachu meme).
“Hey! Watch where you’re going, freak!” They cried once they recognized him.

The yells of the group of girls startled him. When he spotted what was going on he decided to help this poor guy out.
"Hey, there you are..I've been waiting nearly all day!" He said, looping his arm through this strangers, "Is there a problem here?"
He watched as the girls faces flushed. They looked as if they had seen a ghost. He smirked, and turned to the stranger, "That's what I thought..come on."

Cody’s breath caught in his throat as some guy looped arms with him. He blinked a couple times as they turned to face him, nodding a little.
“A-alright. Where should we go?” He asked, trying not to sound so shocked and confused.

"Away." He answered, pulling the stranger to the bench he had been sitting, and grabbing his sketchbook and stuffing it in his bag, "Away from them to be more specific."
When they where no longer in the girls sight, he let go of the taller man, and smiled.
"I'm Kash, nice to meet you, so where do you need to go?"

Cody shrunk away from Kash when he was released, shaking himself out. “I am going to my biology class,” He said softly to the other, sighing.
“And my name is Cody. Thank you for escorting me from there, but I think I can take the rest of the way.”

"It was no problem at all, really..those girls have been eyeing me all day and it was just a plus that 'saving' you helped me to get away from them…if you need anything else…call me." He said, turning around, and walking a way, a smile on his face and a slight skip in his step, laughing at the fact he had sneaked a small piece of paper with his number on it in Cody's back pocket.
