Emily laughed and shook her head
"I promise I won't hurt you okay?"
(screeches)
Ashley slowly comes back up from the floorboards, clearly blushing brighter than earlier.
"A- alright."

She smiled a little and went back to her cooking "well.. How about we get to know each other? Hm? "
(you bit me what else am i supposed to do)
Ashley looks like she's about to die - again.
"I- um-"

(Not be weird?)
Emily giggled and looked over at her sweetly
"Look this is weird for me too okay? I mean I'm living with a ghost-"
(you know that's impossible-)
Ashley seems to shrink in size a bit.
"Do you not like that-?"

(of course it's not dear you just don't want to try)
" oh no it's not that I don't like it.. It's just going to take some getting used to.. And getting to know you should help a lot you know. "
(nah- it'd remove a bit of ✨personality✨)
"Oh. . . okay." Ashley mumbles.

"So… Tell me about yourself? " she asked with a soft smile.
(nah-)
Ashley looks flustered and like she somehow forgot who she was.
"I- uh- hm- I- y- mm-" she stammers before deflating.

Emily simply waited for the girls reply with a smile on her face as she prepared the food
Ashley appears to actually start deflating it this point, turning into a puddle of blushing ghost.
"I don't know what to talk about-"

Emily turned to look at her and was genuinely stunned "Oh my god! Why are you deflated?!" She asked laughing a little bit.
Ashley can't help but laugh slightly despite her embarassment.
"It just happens-"

"Well- can you re-flate? " she asked curiously with a little giggle
Ashley giggles.
"I- don't know-"
ac_unit
"Do does that mean your a puddle forever? " she asked covering her mouth in and attempt to stop laughing.
Ashley looked like she wanted to fall through the floor. "Um- I don't know-"

"Well if you want to try and actually eat food you'll try and be solid again, yea?"
Ashley looks slightly confused.
"What-?"

" you said you wanted to try and eat food… You can't do that as a puddle. "
She said before turning her attention back to the food she was preparing.
"T- technically, I still have a mouth-" Ashley mumbles.

"while that us true… I would rather not feed, a puddle," she said with a smile
Ashley somehow deflates more. "Well- what about a pancake?"
