Halp- boredom sucks- (Open OxO)

"Really? Go to sleep then." Renata chuckles.

Dustin shakes his head, “I have to get back to work, Ren.”

Reanat sighs and nods slightly.

"Yeah. . . right. . ." she says quietly. "Well, I won't keep you then."

Dustin looks at her, silent for a moment.

Renata turns away. "You have work, right? I won't keep you much longer."

Dustin sighs, “I’ll take a nap. . .” He murmurs.

Renata turns and looks slightly surprised.

"But- you just said you had work."

“Yeah, but you look lonely.” He gets up, stretching.

"Not much of a difference from how I normally am." Renata mumbles.

“Well, I’m your friend. And I don’t want you to feel lonely.”

Well if you wanted that, maybe you would have kept in contact. Renata thinks. But she doesn't say that because it would be unfair.

So she just nods wordlessly.

"You can take the master bed again."

Dustin hums, quiet and nodding.

Renata stares into Dustin's eyes for a few more seconds before turning away and disappearing down a hall that led into apparent darkness.

"Take a nap, Dust." she says softly as she goes, followed by one last thing, more to herself. "Or I'll force you into bed. . ."

Dustin takes a moment, snickering, “How?!” He calls after her. He walks yo the bedroom, flopping onto the bed.

"Using my arms and stunning looks, of course." Renata replies teasingly, without much thought as to the exact implications of that sentence.

Dustin coughs, almost chocking on his laughter, “Surrrreeee- Whatever you say, dear.” He flops onto the bed, relaxing.

As soon as the implications do hit, Renata's ace goes scarlet as she rushes back to Dustin.

"Forget I said that!" she orders.

Dustin looks up at her, smirking, “Why should I?”

"Because I said so!" Renata replies.

“And? You think I’ll just do everything you say?”

"I- ugh. . ." Renata groans.

Dustin grins at her, flopping back into the bed, “What?”

"Nothing." Renata mutters.

Dustin laughs softly, “What? Tell me.”

"You sure?" Renata smiles, embarrassed.

“Yes I’m sure.”

Renata takes a deep breath, lets it out and leans over Dustin, pinning him down.

"There are plenty of ways for me to make you." she says quietly.

Dustin looks up at her, still grinning, “Oh? Really?”

Renata takes a breath and lets go.

"Yeah- no- I am not doing that." she decides. Her face was flushed scarlet.
