"Look at you, you're all sleepy. I'm taking you home." She got back on the road.

"But I want fooooood…." Apollo pouted, looking over to her. "C'mon, I'm fine."
"You, mister, are going home. I know sleepiness when I see it. And don't give me that look. I know you have more ramen than should be legal in that pantry of yours."
With a huff, he slowly slid down lower in his seat. "But you said we were going there…" He mumbled as they continued on to his apartment. "You got my hopes up…"
"You need to sleep."
"But you said we could get food…" Apollo huffed again, pouting still. "C'mon, it's a quick stop. And I already paid you for my food."
"Fine, fine. Where do you want to go?"
"I thought we decided Taco Bell..?" Apollo asked, trying to suppress a yawn.
She sighed and flipped the car around.
"Thank yoooooooou~" Apollo hummed, smiling softly to her. "You're the best…"
"You say that like I don't know it already."
"I say it like I want you to know you're appreciated." Apollo hummed, smiling softly.
She laughed and rolled her eyes.
"What? I'm being serious." He hummed, smiling softly. "You're appreciated big time."
She pulled into the Taco Bell drive-thru. "What do you want?"
"Same thing I asked for earlier— Doritos Locos Tacos, please." Apollo hummed, smiling gently.
She ordered some, and a burrito for herself. "You want soda?"
"I don't really care- probably not right before you make me go to bed." He mumbled, stretching. "Water will be fine."
She ordered him some water. They drove thru, and she handed him a bag of food. "Here you go."
"Thank yoooou~" Apollo smiled, taking the bag. Pulling his food out, he started eating with a hum.
Ayala smiled and drove him home.
Apollo hummed softly, eating quietly. Besides that, he made no other noise.
"Here we are," Ayala said, parking in the parking lot of his apartment complex.
Apollo looked up, smiling his thanks. Gathering his stuff, he popped the door open. "You wanna come in? Or are you headed out?"
"Nah, I think I'm fine." She smiled. "I'm tired."
"Alright, drive safe then. I'll see you tomorrow, right? We can pass out candy together, or something?" Apollo asked, leaning on the door frame.
"Yeah, sure!" Ayala smiled at him.
"Your house or mine, then?" Apollo asked softly, starting to pull back.
"We usually get a lot of trick-or-treaters at my house."
"Then your house it is. See you tomorrow, then." Apollo hummed as he shut the door. Heading in, he waved at her before disappearing.
