“Where. Is. She?!” A tall, dull green Gem shouted.
“I-I don’t know! Ask the guards, they would have seen her escape!” A white and pine colored Gem stuttered out, backing away fearfully.
“You useless Agate!” The tall Gem hissed, stomping a heeled boot angrily, flaring her cape threateningly. “YOU are the one in charge of them, and you can’t get that right?!” She hissed, grabbing the Agate by the neck and slammed her against the wall.
“N-No…d-don’t…” The Agate gasped out, grabbing her hand in an attempt to shove her off.
“You have failed me Moss Agate… I don’t like it when people fail me.” She growled, squeezing her throat tighter and cracking the gem that was placed there. She bared her teeth and gave an eerie grin as she crushed the gem in her hands, dropping the poor Agate to the floor. Moss gasped, her pupils constricting as her form glitched and tried to keep itself together, but she went limp….. poof. She was gone in a cloud of light, her shards falling to the ground with an echoing clatter.
“There…” The caped Gem smiled, picking the shards off the ground daintily. “Now let’s see how useful you can be now that you’re in pieces.”
