Good morning Fitzpatrick I saw you on the Tv
Heart's Song (Private)
Glancing down at his phone, he smiled lightly. 'Had a feeling… I'm guessing you're still at home?'
Yep with my dog buster she texted
'Lucky… I wish I was at home. Even if my sister's cat would be all up in my face.' Dylan sent in, hearing people starting to set up for the break to be over. 'I just want to be in bed… sleeping.'
have fun out there Fitzpatrick
'I'll do my best. I'll text you after it's all over.' Dylan replied, clicking his phone off and putting it aside so he could get back to his interview.
She smiled setting her phone on the coffee table to watch the morning show
"Welcome back everyone!" Kathy greeted once again, hands folded on the table. "Now, before letting our favorite guy go, he is going to sing his new single. Isn't that right Dylan?" Dylan looked up at Kathy, smiling. "That's right. I'm going to sing 'Paper People' Written by my sister, Payton Fitzpatrick."
She sighed slightly " I know buster I know " she said
Dylan got up, grabbing his guitar as the audience started cheering. He pulled the strap on over his shoulders and started strumming on the guitar. The crowd silenced, and started to draw in to his singing.
Crimson Lean forward on her seat watching she didn't know what it was but she's just loved the sound of his voice
"Starring around, at all these people. I see all their paper faces." Dylan sang out, his voice still a little raspy from the night before. His whole body was relaxed with guitar in hand as he played.
Crimson smiled at the tv at Dylan singing and playing guitar
"Every day, it's their same paper faces. But even paper copies, have their own inspiring stories. All these paper people. And yet I still feel lonely." Dylan sang out softly, sinking in to the words of the song.
She closed her eyes feeling the music consume her
As he sang on, an image on Crimson developed in his mind. A soft smile pulled up on his lips, and he continued on with a soft look. As the song came to an end, he lifted his head and smiled out at the audience as they cheered.
Crimson smile brightly as his song came to and petted buster
"Thank you so much, Dylan! That song was amazing. Thank you for coming today." Kathy hummed, as Dylan excited the stage and headed back to his sister. "Another beautiful song, like usual Pay." Dylan complimented, giving her a side hug.
The song was amazing she texted
"Thanks. But you're the one who sang it." Payton hummed, pulling back so she could go. When he felt his phone buzz, he pulled it out with a smile. 'Happy to hear you liked it.'
I loved it she texted with a smile
'Glad to hear that! How's your morning going?' He asked, pocketing his phone as he went off to go wipe the makeup off his face. He didn't have much else today, so he was happy about that.
good good I woke up bright and early to watch your show so I'm tired
'When'd you go to bed last night?' He asked her, before setting his phone aside as he changed.
right after you stopped texting me
After a minute or two, he picked up his phone to respond. 'Aww, lucky you.'
you're a famous pop star and you have thousands of raging fans and I'm the lucky one
'Yeah, because you get sleep.' He sent in, chuckling just a bit at himself. 'I didn't go to bed until 2am… and then had to get up at 6 just to be here.'
well you would know best you're the celebrity not me
'Trust me, you don't want to be famous.' Dylan texted, setting his phone aside once more as he washed his face down.
