Could be romantic could be friendship, could be familial (FAMILY). Basic idea is our characters knew each other, maybe in a past life, maybe at some point and were significant in some way to each other. though they lost their memories and can't remember really. But it's that weird feeling like, you've seen them before but don't know how or why
