Ike looked at him unsurely. He squinted, wondering if he gave an honest answer, would it actually happen? “If you were showing a movie, maybe.” He shrugged. Anything but an icebreaker, he silently added.

"Well, we probably wouldn't do that the whole time, but I bet at least some people would be up for that eventually," Finn said. "This is probably going to sound so rude, but why are you at this party if you're just gonna hang out by yourself? Yeah, that sounded rude, sorry." He heard it get louder in the living room, Zander was probably done getting everybody and just waiting on Finn.

Ouch, Isaac blinked at him, slightly taken aback at the brash accusation. His lip twitched with a brief glimmer of offense, but he stuffed it down. “Uh-Uh… My friend kind of dragged me here, and I don’t know anyone,” he replied. “I’m just waiting for him.”

Finn nodded then looked at Issac with an apologetic look. "Well, my name's Griffin, but I'd prefer if you called me Finn or Finley. I'm really sorry if that offended you or anything… uh, what's your name?"

“It’s fine,” Isaac dismissed with a small shake of his head. When he did so, a strand of charcoal hair fell over his ear. The rest of it was pulled up into an unruly bun. “My name’s Isaac, but I like being called Ike.” He stuffed his hands into the pockets of his green olive jacket. For the party, he didn’t change his appearance much other than he wore a striped grey shirt instead of the usual white.

"Nice to meet you, Ike! Do you want to come hang out with me and everyone else or should I get you when and if we watch a movie?" Finn asked, smiling. He liked to wear one of his cool button-ups to parties, like the one he wore to this one. It was black with different planets all over it with some stars.

“Um,” his first, knee-jerk response would have been a solid no, but he paused before answering right away. Would it be rude if he declined? He had agreed to go with Caleb, after all. “What are you all doing?”

"Well… I'm not sure. I guess we're gonna have to decide what to do. I can always go on your side if you feel really uncomfortable or unhappy. I mean, you'll probably have to loosen up a bit, but yeah." Finn said, smiling. "I can get you a drink if that'd help." He offered.

Ike grimaced at the thought of alcohol. “No…no thank you.” As long as he could stick close to Caleb, whatever they do might not be too terrible. “But alright, I’ll go,” he sighed strenuously and stood off of the couch and hooked his bag over his shoulder. I can loosen up if I want to, he defended himself silently, and even without a drink.

Finn's face lit up. "Great! So we're all gathering in the living room. I'm going to look around for any stragglers then we'll do whatever we're gonna do." He said before giving Isaac a smile and leaving the room. He took a drink for himself before going to look for some others.

Ike reluctantly walked out of the safe room he was in to the main room, where he heard the most chatter. He let out a sigh of relief as he saw Caleb, who was talking to the girl he’d been talking with in the kitchen—Kate.
Ike stuffed one hand in his pocket, and the other in his bag as if it were just another pocket. He hung around Caleb for a moment, waiting for something to happen, shifting his weight from one foot to the other.
There were a few people in the upstairs hallway with cups in their hands, and they seemed much more willing to join everybody else.

Finn smiled as he finished gathering people and got to the living room. He spotted Zander and approached him. "Hey, so do you have any ideas for what we should start with? My mind is kinda blanking at the moment." He said as he took a drink.

Zander rocked back and forth on his heels, “Uhm, no, not really. I was kinda hoping you’d get an idea,” he chuckled. He scanned over the group of people in his living room. “There aren’t as many people here as I expected.”

"Well then… um let's ask everyone else. But I was expecting more as well." Finn said. Before Zander could respond, he walked over to the couch and stood on top of it. "So does anyone have an idea for something we can all do together? I really can't think of anything today."

“Truth or dare!” One of the girls in the middle of the group yelled.
Ike internally groaned. It wasn’t the worst game to play, but he still didn’t like it. He figured he’d be alright if he could just get away with saying truth every time, or if he just avoided his turn.

"I mean, that always sounds good to me! Does anyone want to object or suggest anything else?" Finn asked, scanning the small group. He actually hadn't played that game in a while so it actually sounded like lots of fun to him.

Ike raked his bottom lip through his teeth. He objected, but it seemed like the rest of the people in the party, who was consideringly nodding their heads, did not. He looked over at Caleb. As long as he stuck with him, he supposed it would be alright.

"Okay well, I guess we're playing t or d! Um, let's all sit down, get comfortable and whoever wants to can start." Finn explained as he stepped down from the couch and back onto in, by the armrest. He curled up against it and waited until everyone was ready.
(Just a warning, I'm not very good at coming up with truths and especially dares…)

A few other people sat down beside him on the couch, all chattering excitedly.
Ike took a seat beside Caleb in the floor, on the opposite side of the circle from Finn. He glanced around the group of people nervously. They all looked like extroverts, who would probably choose the wildest dares.

"Okay, who wants to start?" Finn asked looking around. One girl with a lip piercing and brown curly hair quickly raised her hand. Finn nodded, glancing around to make sure no one else really wanted to go first.
"Oo I want to start!" She yelled. "Hmm… okay…" She mumbled to herself as she looked around the room. "Hm, so Zander, truth or dare?" She asked, smiling brightly.

Zander looked over at the girl and smiled, inwardly honored at being the first chosen. He shuffled to sit cross-legged, adjusting the sleeves on his jean jacket. “Ummm…” he hummed, “Truth!” He finally decided.

"Okay, so…" She paused, trying to think of something. "If you could only live on one candy and one food, what would each be?" She asked, not going too extreme right in the beginning. Finn immediately started thinking about what his answer would be if he had been asked the question.

“Hm..” Zander looked up to the ceiling to think. “ For the food, probably baked potatoes, and candy? Skittles for sure.” He nodded, happy with his answer.
Ike tilted his head, thinking about his own answer. He couldn’t decide what candy he’d want, but he’d like to live off of watermelon.

The girl had a slightly disgusted look on her face, she hated Skittles. "Well… great. It's your turn to ask someone, though." The girl said, relaxing back in her seat. Finn couldn't think of an answer to the question at all, so he was glad it hadn't been his question.

Zander looked around the room, taking his hand through his tussled brown hair, deciding who he should ask. Ike watched Zander nervously, especially when the boy looked at him with a considering expression. Zander’s eyes finally landed on Griffin. “Finn! Truth or dare?”

"What kinda question is that? Obviously dare!" Finn said, well almost yelled, in excitement. He sat up a bit and watched Zander, waiting for his dare. He glanced around the room. Everyone probably very interested in what Finn would have to do.

Zander laughed, taking a moment to think. He had a few ideas already, he just had to choose one. “haha! Um… Do an interpretive dance depicting the life of a human.”

Finn giggled a little as he got out of his seat. "It sure is a good thing I've had to a warm-up exercise with interp. dance in my dance class." He said, walking over to a space in the living room that was empty.
After a couple of deep breaths, Finn lied down on the floor, curled up in the fetus position. After a second more to think, he started. He moved onto his back, feet flat on the floor and arms to his side. Slowly he lifted his arm starting at the shoulders. Once his arms were fully lifted, he rocked up to his knees, arms still lifted, but they soon quickly dropped and he fell to his left side and rolled around his back. He then rolled up to a squat, one arm up on arm on the ground and one leg extended out to the side. His arms circled around his head and he turned his whole body to the extended leg, folding over it. He bent the extended leg and straightened the other leg, going into the Warrior 1 position in yoga, then Warrior 2. He crossed his arms over his chest and rolled backward, onto his back again. Doing this all very quickly, he jumped to a stand from there. His arms opened over his head to his side. He did a series of spins, hops, and graceful dance moves while smiling. Soon the moves slowed and were stiffer looking, his smile fading, he also slowly started going back down to a squat, then his knees. He leaned back, laying on his back, arms out to his side., his legs together, and his eyes closed.
That was the end, he was breathing deeply trying to catch his breath. A smile returned to his face, he was actually proud of it. He sat up at a few seconds and looked at everyone. "Please say someone videoed that?"
(Sorry if it makes no sense lol. I've never done anything interpretive dance-related.)

Zander watched with wide eyes and an entertained smile. He was the first the lead the group in quiet applause, “Whoo!” he laughed, “Epic performance!”
“I got it!” One of the kids called between bouts of laughter, holding up his phone.

Finn pumped up a fist and jumped up. "Whoever said that could you send it to me? I'm gonna show my dance teacher." He said, spotting the raised phone then walked over to them. He pulled out his phone and exchanged numbers with the person. The person sent the video to Finn immediately. He sat back down in his seat, still breathing a bit heavier than normal.
He scanned the room, his eyes landing on Caleb, at least he assumed it was Caleb since Issac was next to him. "You… Caleb? Truth or dare?"
