And I was thinking:

(Your character's name) decides to end up getting angry, and becomes a serial killer. He ends up dying eventually and meeting Lucifer.
Lucifer is a lot shorter than (Your character's name) expected. He seems to be 5'4, and he has two small little horns and a set of ruby wonderous red eyes. He's wearing a cropped shirt, with a pair of torn-up short-shorts, and a pair of fishnets underneath.
He just stares up at the new being, smirking.
(Your character's name) looks down at him, before bursting out in laughter. "Oh my GOD! you're short as FUCK!" (Your character's name) falls backward.
Lucifer glared at him, before tackling him and sitting on his stomach, baring his fangs. "Well." He scoffed. "Call me short again, see what happens, dumbass." (Your character's name) snickers and looks away. "You're adorable." He muttered.

Personality: Super sarcastic, super flirtatious, super devious. The man is very tricky, and nothing he says can ever be taken too personal. It’s not that he can’t be sweet, but that he chooses not to, and probably belongs more or less in the “lust” circle of Hell. Despite his sexuality, he teases everyone the same, and his attention is easily grabbed. He is very fidgety and can’t stay in one place too long, and is truly a prideful one.
Appearance: He stands at about 5’8” and is quite lanky. He has a crooked yet charming smile, a dimple on only one side of his face. His eyes are a deep brown and his hair is a rusted dirty blonde. His skin is much tanner and his hands are extremely worn. He has scars around his body but wears them proudly, one of the most prominent ones being a cut down the left side of his mouth. It spans from his bottom lip down to his chin. Deem’s body is more lithe, holding a leaner structure.

The reason why he went to hell: Well, I mean, just look at his personality. He’s not the best person, and probably hasn’t paid for music since the early 2000’s.

Damien hadn’t been in hell for long. He had only died a few days ago— or what he assumed were days. It was difficult to tell in this realm, with the sky always being the rough shade of red with the reflecting sanguine floor.
He was walking on the sidewalk, made from piercing stone alongside the road. Everything seemed grimmer than it was in the living world, but Deem really didn’t mind. The people here were more his speed, and while he hadn’t gotten into any fistfights or made any… acquaintances, he was still having a better time here than anywhere else.

Lucifer hummed, walking around before seeing a newcomer and gasped. "Cerberus, are they new-?" He asked, as the triplets nodded. "I think so."
Lucifer walked to the newcomer, looking up at him. "Hello." He said, a dark aura coming from him- He was kinda rude when it came to greetings.

Deem raised an eyebrow, stopping and crossing his arms. Although his posture wasn’t ever closed— he actually came off as confident yet challenging, even more so as he offered the other man a charming smile.
“Why hello, love,” he cooed, voice nearly a melodic hum as he flicked his eyes down to the man. “Can I help you?”

Lucifer paused- Why in the bloody hell was he being so nice-?
"Do you not know where you are?" He asked, cocking his head to the side, his hair following. "It seems like your either being stupid, or you are." He muttered, looking at the taller male straight in his eyes.
Is he a dumbass-? He thought, smirking slightly.

Deem turned away, grin flickering across his lips. Although his body was facing elsewhere, he kept his eyes locked on the other man.
“I thought you would know,” he said, propping his head on a hand. “Kindness is one of the ways to kill people. … Or so I’ve been told.”
With this, he fully turned away, beginning to walk again. Not after long he glanced over a shoulder to the man yet again.
“Now, is that all you had to say? Or will you continue to waste my time? Of course, not that I don’t—“ he flicked his eyes up and down the lengths of the other man— “enjoy being in your presence, but I have places to be.”

Lucifer scoffed. "I assume your idiotic human brain as yet got to you." He muttered. "Your in Hell, dipshit. You literally have nowhere to go." He grinned a bit, sighing softly. "And besides, I'm the king of hell- I'm in charge of this shithole." He muttered, pulling out a cigarette and smoking it.

“Oh, so you’re Lucifer?” Damien mumbled, cocking his head to the side. He couldn’t help but let out a diminutive laugh, eyes twinkling. “No offense, but I thought there’d be more horns and fangs and claws… Not that you’re not intimidating as you are, of course.”
Still more or less turned away, Deem stopped walking, brushing the hair from his eyes.
“And what are you even looking for from me? To grovel before you? Did I do something wrong? Something… right?”

Lucifer froze- Oddly offended. "They say the cutest ones have the darkest secrets- dick." He huffed, rolling his eyes and crossing his arms. "And because your new. I think I have to teach you a few… rules around here."

“Then you must have the darkest of secrets, if that’s the case,” Deem mumbled, although it was subtly under his breath. It wasn’t a lie, either. Lucifer was oddly cute, even if Damien just guessed he was a demon.
“But alright, what lessons?” he asked slowly, actually turning to face Lucifer now. He figured it was the most respectful he could be. “But, just so you know, I’m not going to be ‘at your bidding’ or whatever. Unless…”
He paused for a moment, meeting Lucifer’s eyes before blinking and looking away, the faintest of smiles on his face.
“Regardless… what do you want?”

Lucifer hummed a soft tune, before his red eyes flicked toward the other, glowing faintly. "One, you gotta learn that I'm in charge, whether you like it or not, Two, you gotta follow my rules, and three, hah- You have to do the things I say." He smirked, folding his arms.

“Those… those all seem like the same thing,” Deem muttered, letting out a soft sigh. “No specifics? Is that.. it?”
His attention seemed elsewhere as he preened his nails, looking almost bored with the conversation. One of his feet tapped on the ground below, shoe letting out soft wraps on the stone.
He then yawned and stretched exaggeratedly, revolving his wrists in the air before letting them back down, crossing them over his chest again.
“I don’t need to, like… bow when you enter a room, let you use me for a footrest, things like that? That’s… reassuring.”
