"Yeah, maybe," Acario said, nodding and going back to his half-unbuttoned shirt. "Well, I guess I'll see you out there. I'll be greatful for some type of company." He trotted down the area to his locker, which was pretty close-by, took off his shirt to show crossed scars and tattoos of all sorts. This Demon seemed to like the Human world quite a lot, telling from the tattoos.

"Yeah, see you around tonight then," Charles smiled and went back to complete the rest of his outfit with a shirt. Finally closing his own locker, he walked out of the locker room, only letting out held-in breath once the door closed behind him. At least I won't be alone tonight… He tried finding a bright side to this awkward situation. And at least my marks aren't glowing Charles looked down at his body as if to confirm he couldn't see a light emanating from behind his clothes. With that reassurance, he made his way to the staff lobby.

Acario pulled off his jeans and t-shirt, going to his scrubs which were neatly folded in the belly of the locker. He slipped them on, took a moment to make sure he was comfortable before walking out after Charles with his lunchbag in tow. The best thing about graveyard shift is that he could eat whenever the hell he wanted, as long as he cleaned up after himself.

Charles glanced up at a sudden amount of noise, only to see it was a fully-changed Acario. "Hopefully it's quiet tonight," he let out a soft chuckle at his friendly conversation starter before turning on the lobby TV for background noise. "So, since we are going to be spending the night together, what's your name?"
Acario stuck his hands in his pockets, humming as he set his things down at his seat and sat down.
"Yea, hopefully, man. I'm Acario, I usually work all day on the weekend, Wednesday, and Friday. What's your name?"
"Oh, uh, I'm Charles Calarook. Pleasure to meet you, Acario. I usually work Monday to Thursday and take the occaisonal weekend graveyard shift when needed," Charles kept up his friendly demeanor as he found his way to his own seat. He felt awkward with the silence and went to ask another question to fill the void. "So uh… why did you become a doctor?"
Acario hummed softly, crunching on a stick of celery happily. "Mmm… I became a doctor mainly because I like helping people out. Not to mention Demons, which is mainly why I'm here." He laughed. "Why'd you become one?"
"Wanted an escape from my family and to spite them in doing so, so what better way than to become a doctor?" Charles answered, taking a deep breath to calm his nerves at the word Acario used. Demons. "Care to explain the demon bit to me? We seem to have a lot of time to kill, after all."
"That's a great motive, you know. Flee from someone who hurts you to help others." Acario glanced at him, raising his eyebrows. "Oh, you know, the race. There's a whole bunch of them floating around up here, so I majored in both medicine for Humans and Demons. Why?"
"Yeah, I guess so…" Charles cleared his throat and cast his eyes over to Acario to find him looking at him questioningly. "That's great you've become more well-rounded for the masses of your patients! How fascinating! I have a few more questions though…" Charles took a deep breath, unsure if he should continue, but went ahead anyway. "Have you ever worked with a hybrid before?"
"A hybrid?" Acario suddenly burst out, raising his eyebrows with a slight smile. "Of course I have. There was this wonderful chap named Wings, another named Dreamy, oh, I've worked with tons!" The man gushed with a smile on his face. "Those motherfuckers are so nice." He shook his head.
Charles let out an obvious sigh of relief and let his shoulders slump from releasing built-up tension. "Well, looks like you get to work with another one," he let out a light laugh and ran his hand through his blonde hair. "Though, I don't know if you've ever worked with an Incubus Hybrid before now, have you?"
Acario tilted his head curiously, shaking his head. "No, I haven't. I'm intrigued, I haven't heard much about your breed of Hybrid." He smiled faintly. "I'm sure it'll be a pleasure!"
"Yeah… my kind is rather rare mainly because of the whole marriage contract thing…" Charles nodded a bit solemnly, as if remembering something from a long time ago. However, he quickly snapped out of it. "Anyways, I digress. It will be a wonderful pleasure to work with a doctor such as you, Acario. Mind if I ask more questions regarding your knowledge of Demon medicine?"
Acario listened with interest, his eyebrows slightly raised. Though he did not say anything, only smiled supportively when the other male looked up.
"I'll be glad to answer any questions you have, my friend," He graced, leaning back and crunching on his celery.
