Tharen Blake groaned as the sun shone into his eyes. He rolled over and promptly fell off his bed. "Nooooo!" He whined, making grabby motions at his bed. Then he sat bolt upright and grinned. Today he was taking his amazing girlfriend fishing. His eyes twinkled and he stood up, stretching.
Sophie Johnson slowly climbed out of bed, rubbing the sleep from her eyes and turning off her fairy lights a second later. She stood, nearly falling over as her legs weren’t working yet. Then she realised she had a date, a date with Tharen. She blushed and headed to the bathroom to wash.
Tharen changed onto a white t shirt that hugged his form and some jeans. He didn't bother to comb his messy hair. It would be fine. He ate a quick breakfast and headed out to his girlfriend's house, grinning like an idiot.
Sophie brushed through her long brown hair, her blue eyes scanning her figure. She’d pulled on a pair of high waisted black jeans and a grey crop top with the word ‘weird’ upside down in the middle. She pulled on a grey beanie, pulled on her sneakers before rushing downstairs.
Tharen honked his horn jokingly. He knew that Sophie was awake, but he liked to tease her. He sat back and waited.
Sophie rolled her eyes, opening and shutting the door. She flipped Tharen off from her doorstep before walking to the car, climbing in the passenger seat.
Tharen smirked at her and said, "So, you know how to fish?"
Sophie rolled her eyes, buckling in, “Not in the slightest. I hope you do.”
He laughed, leaning over to peck her cheek. "Touche. So, here's the deal. With every fish that you catch, you have to kiss is. Then you get a point. The person with the most points at the end of the day wins."
Sophie blushes lightly at the kiss before scrunching up her face in disgust, “Um, ew? That’s so gross, Tharen.”
He grinned. "I know. So, how about it? Or are you afraid I'll beat you?"
“I’m not afraid, I’ll beat you easily,” She replied, “Fine, I’ll do it.”
