"Yeah I do" said Skye, "And with my siblings, well.. Any friend of mine is a friend of theirs."

"You don't even know me." And if you did, you'd wish you didn't.

"Well maybe I should get to know you"

"No, trust me, you don't want to do that. You'll wish you hadn't in the end."

"I'll be the one to decide that" said Skye firmly.

(Sorry! Still at practice)
"If you insist, love." She shrugged.

"Love?" Skye's voice was a bit high pitched.

"Yeah. That's my thing. I do that to everyone. It's just a nickname, relax."

Skye shied away at that, IDOT

"But if you wanted it to mean something, it could."

Skye stared at her, clearly blushing. If his skin weren't so dark he'd be bright red by now.

She was the same bright red only it was a lot more obvious.

"You… you do realize we just met… right?"

"Yeah yeah I know." She forced her gaze away from him, mentally kicking herself.

"Hey it's ok.." he said, his face softening, "I… I think I'm already open to the idea…"

"R-Really?" Her eyes brightened with hope before they dulled again. "You're just saying that so I don't feel weird."

"No… No I mean it…" he said carefully, "That's why I asked… I mean.. I don't wanna hurt you…"

"I-I mean, I'm open to the idea. I-It'll take some time f-for sure."

Skye smiled at her, "Take all the time you need."

"So what, is that you asking me out?" She chuckled, trying to ease the tension.

"We can do that" said Skye.

"If you were, then I accept." She smiled shyly.

Skye sat up, "Shall we?" he asked, holding a hand out to her.

"I suppose." She took his hand gently.

Skye helped her up, leading her out the hole in the wall, and off down the rooftop.

She squeezed his hand lightly, just to remind herself that he was real and not just a really elaborate hallucination.

Skye gave her a smile, before letting go and disappearing down an alleyway. Coming back about five minutes later he had a small paper bag with him, and someone was shouting. Grinning he shifted the package and took her hand, leading her along the rooftops.

"What did you take this time?" She laughed, letting him pull her along.

"Can't have a date without food" laughed Skye.

She rolled her eyes with a smile, blushing red.
