"And good for us." Maysa decided it would be best to agree with him, at least for right now.
I'm bored, you're bored. Let's rp. (4/4)
“And now you resent him,” Emma stated. That was something she could understand.
group
"You could say that." It was more of a deep-seated loathing hatred, but he did nothing to imply this.
Having no recognizable parentage of her own, Maysa didn't quite understand how one could hate someone who had given them life, but again, didn't want to disagree with Hailstrom right now. She nodded simply and tilted her head at him. "Give us something."
group
Hailstrom turned to Maysa.
"His eyes. You take out his eyes, you take him out."
"Why his eyes?" Maysa inquired further. Hailstrom could just be giving them random information, after all.
Daso leaned forward to listen. "Yeah, that seems too obvious. Especially given my ability. He wouldn't stand a chance."
group
"His eyes allow him to control people; that's his power. The only thing is, he doesn't have eyes." Hailstrom leaned back, taking his hands off the table.
"What do you mean he doesn't have eyes?" Daso asked, squinting at him.
group
"Just that. He doesn't have eyes. His sockets are empty." Hailstrom crossed his arms over his chest.
"Sooo, his eyes allow him to control people," Daso repeated, crossing his own arms, "but he also doesn't have eyes? So his eye sockets control people? Or does he like, carry his eyeballs in a case. That'd be super gross."
Maysa leaned back in her chair, staring contest over. "That's very absurd," She agreed. "Care to explain?"
group
"He would always gloat about it. He would say that no one could best him, because no one could find his eyes." There was a hard look in his eyes.
"So do you know where his eyes are?"
group
"No one does." He stood there, looking around the room.
“…So then, we have to find his eyes,” Emma concluded. Disgusting. She didn’t expect this at all.
( may i join)

"What else could we do?" Hailstrom leaned against the wall.
(No, sorry, this is closed)
“Dunno,” Emma shrugged. “Do you have any ideas where he could have put them?”
group
"Do you think I would have come here if I did?"
“It doesn’t hurt to ask,” Emma huffed, looking away.
"So you're telling us…you have no clues, no leads, nothing? No offense to you, Monsiuer Hailstrom, but I can't trust that." Maysa decided, blinking once.
group
"It's more than you had before." Hailstrom closed his eyes, sighing.
Daso shook his head. "That's really not much. You could be lying. There's not really any way to verify your information. You're going to have to do better."
