"Ah, Cassie. Sorry, it was just so comfortable." Nagi laughed and turned over to see Cassie. "We? I'm pretty sure, they said we weren't friends, so it would be strange if they worried." It was understandable that Cassie was worried, but the boys? "Anyway, I don't know if you heard but we're thinking of going to the beach after school."
(Sorry it took so long for me to answer, I was talking to my mom.)
I'm in a cliche Webcomic?!
(i gtg as well)
Cassie hesitated. "Yes, I know. I - someone told me. I'll talk to my parents about it."
"My mom is working late at the hospital again, so she won't care." Nagi had always hated being alone at night, it was worse when she was younger, but now she's used to it. "Should we even bring swimsuits or do you think it will be too cold still?" She smiled and nudged her friend.
Cassie shrugged. "I'll probably wear one. Hypothermia is worth it," she said with a wry smile. "D'you want to sleep over again, since your mom's working late?"
"Can I?" Nagi smiled. "We should go by my house before the beach and I can pack." Nagi wondered if Cassoe had someone she actually liked or if she really was as innocent as she looked. But it would be nice to have a friend tonight. "It sucks having a mom that works all day at a hospital, but I mean it's good as well."
Cassie nodded. "I know," she told Nagi. "We'll stop by your house, then mine just to check with my mom in person, and then the beach."
"Sounds good." Just then the bell rang and Nagi rolled her eyes. She really didn't want to finish school, but she wasn't one to skip. "Alright, better get back to class." She stood and held out a hand for Cassie to take. Sure things might be a little strange now, but hopefully things would get easier as time passes.
Cassie nodded, taking Nagi's hand. "We have Algebra 2," she told Nagi, weaving through the crowd of students leaving the lunchroom.
Johnny jumped when the bell rang, putting his notebook away. "Goddamit, I hate that class…" He muttered.

"Actually," Kaori said. "I find math quite fascinating." But then again he found all his classes fascinating. Except for P.E of course. He was a nerd, for sure, but definitely not an athlete. He slung his bag over his shoulder and headed the way Cassie and Nagi had gone.
(Do you guys want to skip to after school?)
"Of course you do." He said, hands shoved into his pockets. "At least you're passing."

(Sure)
(Yee)
The final bell rang and Nagi was relieved. "It's lucky that our houses are so close." Throwing her backpack over her shoulder she looked to Cherry only for a few seconds before walking away with Cassie. "Do you have any of the boy's numbers so we can text them?" In case something happened or that they might be late.
Cassie pulled out her phone to look through the contacts. "I don't think so," she said apologetically after a few seconds.
"Well let's go find one of them and get a number. It would be inconvenient if we couldn't contact one another." Plus the closer her and the boys get, the closer I find out who the main guy character is. "Come on, let's go." A huge smile was on Nagi's face when she grabbed Cassie's hand and ran out of the class room. "Shout if you see one of them."
Cassie nodded silently, looking around. There was no way in hell that she was going to ask anyone for their number; she was far too socially awkward. But hopefully Nagi would be able to.
Ian was walking down the hall, humming quietly to himself and lost in thought. He was about to leave for the day when he spotted Nagi and Cassie.
"Um, I don't see any of them. You think it would be easier since they are so popular." Nagi laughed. Nagi let go of Cassie and turned around, then she saw him, Ian. "Hey, Ian come here really quick." Nagi waved him over. Cassie seemed like the girl that wouldn't ask a guy for his number, so it was up to the best friend.

Will walked out of the school and spotted Ian and walked over to him. "Look, it's you, pretty boy. Where is Kaori and trouble maker?"
Ian shrugged. “Nagi’s waving me over, so let’s go see what she wants,” he said, seeing her wave.
"Hey, I need both of your numbers." Searching through her bag she pulled out her phone and handed it to the boys. "Me and Cassie might be a bit late to the beach and it would be easier if one of us had a way to contact you." Nagi wasn't really the shy type and was pretty laid back. She liked to think she got along with anyone.
Charlotte went outside and sat down in her car with a sigh, laying her head back for a moment before she drove herself home. She tossed her purse on the couch once she arrived, picking up her yorkie.
Ian put his number in with a smirk. “Aww you want my number,” he teased, then handed the phone to Will.

Kaori had been following close behind, but far enough that Will hadn't seen him. "Will, I'm right here," He said with a sigh, pushing his glasses up again. "Ian, don't tease them too much." he said logically.
“That’s like asking me not to breathe,” Ian said dramatically, clutching his chest. “They’re cute girls, I have to tease them. It’s, like, the law.”

"Oh God," Kaori rolled his eyes. "Don't be so dramatic, Ian."
I might as well go to the beach… Charlotte thought, going up into her room to change.
