"What's wrong?" He said softly with concern in his eyes.

"What's wrong?" He said softly with concern in his eyes.
Skye shrugged, not wanting to talk. He was being an ornery cat.
group
"Are you just going to ignore me now?" He asked and sighed.
Skye huffed again, not entirely sure why he was being like this.
group
Jay looked at him. "When was the last time you ate? Honestly."
"I don't know" mumbled Skye quietly. "And I don't particularly care."
group
Jay got up immediately and walked to the kitchen. He got come food and walked back over.
Skye stayed where he was, staring at the wall.
group
Jay gave him some food then sat back down.
Skye didn't touch it, even though the burning pit of hunger seemed to intensify.
group
"You are not leaving this couch until you eat something. Pleaseeeee. I rather someone not die on my couch."
"I'm not going to die." Said Skye simply. "But you've done enough. I don't need, or want, to take anything more from you. As soon as my stuff dries out I'm gone."
group
"You're not leaving until you loose the fever and get better." Jay said and got closer to him and glared. "Do. You. Understand."
Skye met his eyes with a calm, tired stare. "You have no idea how many times I've been through this. I will escape." He said flatly.
group
"I'm not holding you captive. Just trying to keep you healthy. If you really want to go. Go." Jay said and leaned back away from him.
Skye sighed in defeat. Leaning back against the couch. "Sorry…." he mumbled. "I just don't like these situations…"
group
Jay nodded then turned on the TV. He let whatever was on play.
Skye eventually gave up and reached for the food, forcing himself to eat slowly despite being half starved.
group
Jay made no comment and didn't make a big deal out of it.
Skye finished as much as he could, before leaning back on his side and curling up. It had been a long time since anyone had taken care of him.
group
Jay stayed silent then grabbed one of the many blankets and put it on himself.
Skye watched him, curling further into himself, a small, dark skinned ball of floof.
group
"Want me to put that multitude of blankets back on you?" He asked and looked over.
Skye shrugged, to be honest he wanted hugs, but he wasn't comfortable enough to ask for them.
group
"Something else wrong?" He asked and tossed the blankets over him.
Skye took a thicker one and pulled it around himself, not responding to the other.
group
Jay nodded understanding he didn't feel like speaking. So he stayed silent. Then turned his attention to the random show.
Skye sighed softly, really just wanting human contact for once.
group
Jay didn't know of Skye's wants or wishes and he gave up asking. So he stayed silent.
Skye frowned, burrowing under the covers, berating himself for being so resistent.
