We could do a super hero and a super villain who are roommates and they keep making excuses to each other why they are out all the time and they stitch each other up after battles but niether has any idea the other is there Nemesis and keep having to lie to each other why they are covered in scratches and brusies

The hero shows up at the villains doorstep one night, they are shivering, bleeding and scared. There's a dazed look in there eyes queuing in that they might have been drugged. They look like they were assaulted. Looking up at the villain slightly, looking like there about to pass out swaying mumbling "..didn't know where else to go…" And they pass out in the villains arms
