Appearance: Libi has short brown hair in a long-ish pixie cut. Her eyes are a simple dull green, and she can manipulate the emotion shown through them. Her skin is pale and sometimes tans, but mainly burns.

Background: Libi used to be nice. She enjoyed life, and she was happy. Jensen, her partner in more ways than one, was a hero like her. They would work together to fight villains, and life was great. And then they fought Blaze. And Blaze was powerful. The pair ended up beating them, but not without the cost of a life. Jensen was tossed into the water, and he was unable to swim. Libi dived into the water after him, swimming down to get him. She pulled him up to the surface and put 911 on speaker as she started CPR. She knew she had the power, but at the moment it didn’t occur to her. She just wanted him to live. She continued to do it as paramedics arrived, and she fought as they pulled her away from his body. The next day, everyone knew who Jensen was.
She has never forgiven Blaze.
Power/s: Libi can control the inner body. She can suffocate you simply by cutting off your airways, and she can freeze you to death by cooling your blood.
She also has these weird organic ropes that she can shoot from her hands. She can slightly change the surface of them: sticky, smooth, ropey. She doesn’t know why she has them, and she rarely ever uses them.
