I've been dying to do a RP like this (no pun intended) (REBOOT) (closed) (one on one)

-Feel free to write the details of Gore. Just put a warning first.

Person A had been walking home late one night, using all the back alleyways and shady short cuts they knew of. But how were they to know they'd get mugged and stabbed(or shot, whatever you want)?
Now dead, Person A meets Person B, a reaper, and The two have to make the journey to the gates of the after life.

But things aren't as easy as the books and movies make it seem. Trouble rises in the reaper realms and horrific creatures are running lose. The only things known to kill a reaper, and their looking for the most powerful reaper of all, the Grim reaper. But are they doing it by choice? Or is a stranger controlling them? The man who claims to be a reaper, but how can you be one if you aren't really dead?

Hahaha! Just when we all thought I couldn't come up with anymore crappy ideas.
So, this will be a romance because why the heck not? (I know I'm trash) male female please.

I'd like person A to be a guy. Also I have a charter thats a reaper that I'd really like to use, hope ya don't mind.
BUT! Don't be afraid to bring in new characters of your own and throw in your own twists. I'll have about 3 chachters that actually make an impact on the story. So feel free at add a bunch of side characters too!
I'd also like to go in blind, anything about the characters will be revield during the story, so be descriptive! (Aka, no Templet.)

The reaper sat in the shadows, awaiting the soul that was about to lose their life. She pulled her hood up to hide her face. Though she didn't know why, its not like the living could see her. And maybe she just wanted to scare the person. She looked down at a watch, seconds ticking by. Someone's death growing closer and closer.

The last thing he saw before the light, a shiny sliver blade pierce through his stomach, but not after his neck got sliced open. And then the next second he was in the same place, only there were no people. No living people. He looked around, saw that his surroundings were also darker than before, and shot up from the ground. "HELLO?!" he shouted. All he heard was the echo of his voice in the allyway. 'but there was a person standing over me before' he thought to himself, when he heard the rustling ahead of him.

A small smile lit her lips. Perhaps it was twisted, but the death of another put her closer to the end of her sentence. Serving as a reaper was a punishment, but still somehow a blessing. "Right on time." She slid her watch in the pocket of her jacket. "I am your personal reaper here to lead you to your personal paradise or personal hell." Red frizzy hair stuck out from under her hood. "Questions comments concerns?"

He jumped at the sound of her voice and turned to her. "Reaper, huh? I thought those were urban legends. But it looks like you're very uhh" he put out his hand like people do in movies when they see a ghost, his hand hitting her chest. "very real it seems." He chuckled and brought his hand back to his side.

The reaper narrowed her eyes at him, but the smile stayed plastered on her lips. Smiles where said to put people at ease, and she didn't need someone freaking out on her. "Yes, I'm very real, and so was your death." She was quite animated when she spoke, waving a hand around as if that would get the point across more clearly. "I'd rather skip the pleasantries if you don't mind," though she clearly didn't care if he did, or didn't mind. "So shall we start your journey to the after life?"

"I guess so, but i don't really get a say in what happens from here on out do i?" He said with a shrug. "So are we going this way?" He pointed down the road and started walking down it before she could answer.

"Well he took that easy," she muttered to herself. Most souls demanded to know her name, and if they where going to heaven of hell. Not that she actually knew the answer to the second question- all she knew was it depended on the path they took. And by the looks of it, this soul picked their path with out hesitation. "That, is one of the few choices you get." She stated as she followed, skipping along side him. Content on the quiet.

"So i do get choices? im a little new to this whole 'death' thing ya know. Do share the details… man i sound like a girl. Anyway, i wanna know more." He practically demanded, eager to know more, continuing down the street towards the large "rich people neighborhood" down the road from the allyway.

"Well no matter which way you go you'll get to the afterlife. Its a bit strange like that." The way she spoke seemed to say she'd repeated this thousands of times. Making her almost seem bored. "Though-" a smile came to light her lips as the world around them seemed to start to change with every step they took. The city streets turning blank and darker then before. Buildings disappearing, and everything becoming barren. "Though, you don't keep traveling through your world. Welcome," she fell into step ahead of him amd waved an arm outwards, "to the reaper realm."

He looked around in amazment, horror-esque things had always been a genre he enjoyed. Horror movies, horror books, supernatural shows, anything of that nature he'd always have much interest in. He slowed his pace and took in his surroundings more carefully and curiously. "So do i get a tour, or is this just something I have to walk past and not get to learn and see more of?" he turned to her curiously.

The Reaper frowned, obviously she'd hopped for a different reaction. "You honestly want to learn about this realm?" She raised an eyebrow at him. The last time someone had asked about the Reaper's realm, well she couldn't remember. Besides that, a tour? What was there to show? A few dying trees here and there. Abondon looking buildings, and the plain colors. "Well its a reapers realm for starters, a vale separates it from your world. Only the dead can pass into it." She shrugged at the last part, a fact that was rather obvious.

“what?! me?! dead?!?!” he mocked shock and laughed at himself. “but what do reapers do for fun around here? re-enact people’s deaths?”

The Reapers frown only depend more, obvious that she was annoyed with this soul already. "We don't have time for fun. Its a full time job getting people like you to the other side."

"People like me? Incredibly handsome? Hilarious? anyway, tell me more about the reaper realm" He said, looking towards her, curiosity taking over him once again.

She rolled her eyes at his comment, at how full of himself he seemed. "Its a place that Souls who have died, take their journey to the after life. Reapers 'live' here," she made quotations around the word. After all, everyone here was in fact dead. "Its home to other things such as Shadows and Crawlers who want to devour us y'all. Really its nothing special. Think of it as the woods."

"The woods are amazing, what do you mean? Creepy crawlies, animals, vegitation, Jason Voorhees, ya know, all the fun stuff." he grinned at her. "This place doesn't seem as bad as you're trying to make it out to be."

(💀 whoops, didn't mean to let this die.)

"Okay fine don't think of it as the woods then." A little fear was a good thing, at least in her eyes. Fear is what kept you alive. Made you sensible. And if this soul didn't want to think of a reaps realm as terrifying, it would be his grave.
"So what's your name?"

"Aren't reapers supposed to be the 'see all, know all' type? A good reaper would know who she was escorting around" he laughed, "Its Jax, short for Jaxton. Might I ask your name?"

(Heads up I won't be on to much these next few months.)

"We know when death's will happen, how they'll happen. Not the names of the dying." Annoyance crept into the reapers voice. "Ember. And I am a good reaper."

"Im sure you are, i was just pulling your leg. Anyway, what do you do when your not taking people to their sudden doom?" he asked, the last part with a pretend ghost voice.
