(It’s ok :) just come back eventually)
Araceli sat back and started packing her bag back up, knowing she would have plenty more work to do from the other fights, “Should I get one of the guards and have them unlock you so you can go back to your cell and rest?”

@Dirt

"Nah," Tarek sat up a bit. "I can see the fights from here. It would be boring being stuck in a cell." Besides, his friend was up soon, and he wanted to watch. It might have sounded sick, or make it seem like he was twisted and enjoyed the fights. But he didn't. He just wanted to make sure no one else he cared about died today.

@gracehustle

She nodded, putting her pack over her shoulder and standing up. "Alright then, don't hurt yourself anymore than you already are." Glancing towards the arena, she heard plenty of cheers, and not for the fighter who's life it was to fight.

@Dirt

(Happy birthday!)

"There's no fights tomorrow. I think I'll be fine." There had never been fights on the last day of the week. It was their day to rest, and worship whatever god had forgotten about them. The one day where they where almost viewed as a human being. Some of the fighters where even aloud to leave the arena and attend whatever it was they went to. But of course guards kept them under lock and key still. They didn't need a monster running lose, a brutal killer trying to seek forgiveness from their god. The cheers brought Tarek back to reality, and he watched as his friend ripped the humans throat out. He wondered if they had a god they where returning to.

@gracehustle

(Thanks!!)
Araceli glanced at him for a second before fixing her bag on her shoulder and walking away, getting ready to start helping whoever came out of the arena and needed her help next. Tomorrow she was deffinetly going to be sleeping in, and eating as big of breakfast as she wanted. Working in the arena only had two downsides, and one of them was you had to be up early and work late, which meant most of the time sleeping as soon as she got in the door and only eating food the next morning before she dashed out the door.

@Dirt

Tarek watched as the healer left, and wondered what she did on her day of rest. Though it was probably the same as most others. Relaxe and forget the ones stuck here. Off to enjoy her day in the sun, while he only saw it through his tiny window. He wondered what the city was like and if he'd ever see it. And suddenly an idea hit him, one that might be crazy and would most likely get him thrown into hell when he finally died. But gosh darn, if it worked he'd surely never forget it.

@gracehustle

She took up a spot right inside the main door to the arena and listened to the fight, wincing every time someone was hit or the crowd roared. This wasn't an easy fight and for some reason she had a gut feeling that she was going to have to do some major work to keep this fighter alive.

@Dirt

Tarek closed his eyes at some point. The blood making him want to throw up. "You better not die." He muttered, somehow wishing his friend would hear him.

They huffed a ragged breath. Why was the arena spinning? They looked from the dead body before them, regret stabbing at their gut. They didn't mean to kill the person so brutally. But the game master threatened them. He'd been trying to make the arena more interesting. People where losing interest, and he intended not to let that happen. Thump. and they where down. The world going black around the edges. Was the game master trying to kill them all?

@gracehustle

With the last fighter down, the arena had mixed reactions. They watched as the monster went down and guards came out to fetch their body. Araceli gasped slightly when she saw they were still alive and she readied her bag, rolling up her sleeves as they drug him in. This was going to be tough. The guards drug him off to the side, away from Tarek, so the healers could do their work while the next fight started. “Gotta be quick,” She murmured to herself as she and two other make healers rushes to the fighter. Already they set to work, each with their own style of healing but all working together. There was so much blood everywhere.

@Dirt

(I'm totally gonna let you decide if they live or die.)

"Aimi!" Tarek shouted and forced himself to his feet. He'd never seen them so monstrous in a fight before. Why rip a human apart like that? Be so brutal even after the human was dead?

@gracehustle

Araceli only glanced over at him momentarily, her eyes glued to the work she was doing and trying to save the fighter. They had clearly used one of the deadlier poisons on their weapons this time, one that made who they were fighting delusional. It made them more vicious and angry, and when it seemed far enough into their body, it could have terrible aftermath. The cuts were big and were bleeding heavily, another side effect of the poison. She pulled out bandages and everything else in her bag, talking quietly along with the other two medics to see what they could to and how much time they had to work. When the next fighter would come in and need help. That was how much time they had before one of them left to help and the other two worked.

@Dirt

Tarek watched in absolute horror. There was so much blood, it made him sick. It was then when a guard noticed he was still there. The guard grumbled a string of curses before unlocking the chains and dragging him off to his own cell. 'please be okay.' he found himself silently repeating in his head.

@gracehustle

Her mouth set into a determined line as they fought to save their life. The next fight had already started and they were running out of time to work and save their life without loosing any function. She was already covered in blood as they put coagulant into their bloodstream to stop the blood from pouring out as fast. Then, with the help of stitches, rolls of bandages, and all the pain medication they could spare, they started making progress. Araceli cursed internally as the next fight ended and another warrior came stumbling in, this one just needing minor treatment though it still took away a pair of hands to go fix. Still fighting to save their life though.
