Personality: Marionette is actually a very caring person, like the mom friend. She loves taking care of people and making them feel good, but at the same time she often pushes back her own emotions in favor of a smile on her face. While performing she does like to put on an act, making her seem more insane than she actually is. She just does it for shits and giggles though, so it isn't what she's "actually like" or something. Although, if you wrong her or anyone she's close with, she will..go to extremes to put you straight
Appearance: Her skin is a deep, rich brown with cool undertones. She has long curly black hair, which she usually keeps down but sometimes he puts it into a messy bun. She has a few large scars on her calves, along with her hands being bandaged to cover some more recent wounds. When she's not wearing her acrobatic outfits she usually goes for a cozy sweater and pajama pants. She does get cold very easily so there is a possibility you'll see her in a sweater smack-dab in the middle of summer. She's about 6'1, with a more heart shaped face. Her eyes are the kind of eyes that are so dark that they look pretty much black, in certain lighting. She has a few scars on her face, the most prominent one being a scar going from the left corner of her lips all the way up to her eyebrow.
Background: Remember that thing I said earlier, about going to extremes? Well that's exactly what she did here. For some context her parents died when she was very little, leaving her to an orphanage. She was soon adopted by a family that seemed ok at first, but as soon as she started showing any signs of femininity, they started attacking her, even physically and s3xually abusing her to "put her in her place" (obviously at this point in time, at about 10 or so, she still looked and identified as a male) later in her teens she, with the help of a friend, was able to escape them. Now, when she and the family met for the last time, she was fully transitioned and looked almost nothing like when they last saw her. The one thing that did clue them in were some very specific scars on her face. They went right back to attacking her, even somehow finding her phone number and leaving multiple texts and voicemails telling her to "repent". Eventually she had enough of it and invited them over for dinner, pretending to be open to the idea of being "normal" (their words not mine) again. She served them dinner, making cinnamon rolls for dessert. Long story short, the cinnamon was used to cover up the smell and taste of the poison she put in the rolls. After they left she quickly realized that, if the family did survive, she would most likely be accused and charged with attempted murder. In her words, "I was a criminal as soon as they took that first bite". She, in a state of panic, somehow came across the circus, packing her life up into a duffel bag and joining as soon as she could. Soon after, the cops came to her door only to see an empty house, car missing, and no trace of Mary.
