(Oooo, even better, because Raz becomes an angel, his memory gets wiped of all things demonic so he forgets about Jay and Jackson)

"Don't judge me, you married me." He laughed, offering a hand to Raz for him to take. "Come on, we don't have all night. Well, yes we do but I'd rather not spend it waiting."

@Fenrir

(maybe not completely of their relationship and marriage but about Jay and Jackson being demons and the bond and contract?)

"Exactly, which makes me all the more qualified to loving judge you." He teased, taking jay's hand once he scooted out if the booth. "And here I thought you were a patient creature." He pressed a kiss to Jay's hand and looped their arms together as they walked.

@Elder-God-Jacks347

(Yeah, that'd be better, I just like drama)

"Oh I know you're not about to talk to me about patience, love. I've been more than patient, I think I deserve to be a bit impatient." He chuckled with a roll of his eyes.

@Fenrir

(gotta love the drama and angst.)
Raz giggled and pressed a kiss to Jay's jaw. "Yes, you have. But I'm right here. Our family, Logan and Jackson, are all here. There's no need to wait for anything else." He reassured.

@Elder-God-Jacks347

"I know, I know. Now come on, let's go." Jay tugged him along, going the familiar path back to the library where everything had started.

@Fenrir

Raz laughed as he followed Jay down the street to the library. They had been there countless times since their first date, having always found it as a place of comfort away from home. He glanced up at the building with a fond smile, feeling like he had seven years ago. He loved the way Jay could bring that more playful, giddy feeling out of Raz, even after bing together for so long.

@Elder-God-Jacks347

"Looks like we're lucky, my dear. Think we can find a good book to end our night?" Jay hummed as he pulled the door open.

@Fenrir

"we've never failed before. What are you in the mood for tonight?" Raz asked, waving to the librarian who hd essentially became a grandmother to Jay and Raz. Her kindness never stopped amazing Raz. She pointed skyward towards the upper levels and gave a wink before going back to her latest brick of a book. Raz laughed softly and focused back on Jay.

@Elder-God-Jacks347

"Hm, how about a mystery? We haven't had one of those in a while. We can do our system where we theorize who did it at the end of every chapter." Jay hummed with a smile.

@Fenrir

"yeah that does sound fun! Any book in mind? Or do you just want to see what we find? Raz asked, waving to shelves surrounding them. He skimmed a few book spines before pulling a a small book off the shelf. He flipped through, reading few pages before putting it back and moving on.

@Elder-God-Jacks347

"Let's just find one. Most interesting title wins." Jay chuckled, moving through the shelves to find an interesting title to read.

@Fenrir

"you're on, whoever wins gets to choose who reads." Raz grinned before he dissapeared into the stacks and shelves of books to find some thriller novels he knew were good.

@Elder-God-Jacks347

Jay shook his head with a smile as he scoured the shelves for an interesting read, picking a few out that sounded really good. It took about ten minutes before he was back at the small lounge area with a small pile of books, waiting for Raz to return with his selections.

@Fenrir

Raz had managed to restrain himself and only grab three books. He wandered around a bit, finding a few more books he wanted to take home. Satisfied with his choices,he found Jay in their usual spot and settled beside him. "What'd you find, love?"

@Elder-God-Jacks347

Jay spread his selections out in front of him with a smile. "Take a look. I think I had some pretty good options."

@Fenrir

Raz did the same with his books and looked between their choices. "You did, a lot if these are good. I got The Troop, The house on Needless Street, and Pet cemetery. We can always take some home if you're interested in more than one book."

@Elder-God-Jacks347

"I thought we agreed on mystery, isn't Pet Cemetery a horror novel?" Jay raised an eyebrow at his husband with an amused smile.

@Fenrir

Raz huffed softly "it is, but I thought it was a good book." He reluctantly pulled both Pet Cemetary and The Troop away from the small pile, realizing that that too was more horror than mystery. He nudged The House on Needless Street closer to the ones that Jay had picked out.

@Elder-God-Jacks347

"I decided to go a bit shorter, since it's already late and all that." He pushed two of his closer, The Westing Game and And Then There Were None.

@Fenrir

Raz nodded and picked up each of Jay's books to look at the back. "I haven't heard of this one before." He mused, waving The Westing Game in his hand before skimming through synopsis on the back. "I've heard Then They Were None is good, though." He looked between the three books, indecisively. "What would you like to read? The rest we take home to read later."

@Elder-God-Jacks347

"How have you never read The Westing Game? I read that for school in like 4th grade. Nope, that's it, that's what we're going with. You must he exposed to this book and its wonder."

@Fenrir

"my elementary school teachers were never really into required readings. We mostly got to choose what we wanted to read with a few exceptions here and there." He chuckled lightly and curled up beside Jay. "Very well, would you like to read or should i?"

@Elder-God-Jacks347

"I can read since you never have. I will be your loving narrator for your trip into The Westing Game." Jay chuckled, wrapping an arm around Raz's waist and pulling him closer so he could see the book too as Jay started to read.

@Fenrir

Raz happily leaned into Jay's embrace, his head resting against his husband's chest. "I could listen to you read anything, dear." He pressed a kiss to Jay's cheek. "Alright, i'm ready to jump into this world."

@Elder-God-Jacks347

"I'm sure you would. Now shh, I'm telling a story." He chuckled and settled into his place, clearing his throat and beginning to read.

@Fenrir

Raz nodded and closed his eyes as Jay began to read, letting himself relax and slip away into the story. His husband's voice filled his mind with the words on the pages.

@Elder-God-Jacks347

Jay read over the words easily, slowly remembering the story as the words came back to him. He just smiled at the memories and continued, giving Raz a gentle squeeze.

@Fenrir

Raz listened patiently, trying his best not to drift off too sleep. Whenever he felt himself falling asleep in the lul of the story, he'd distract himself by pressing soft kiss to Jay's chin and neck.

@Elder-God-Jacks347

Jay always paused at those moments, softly asking Raz if he wanted to stop for the night as he covered his face in kisses but would go on when he trusted Raz wouldn't immediately fall asleep again.

@Fenrir

"m'okay," Raz would reply, pressing a few more kisses to Jay's cheek. He'd shift around a bit to wake himself up but otherwise stayed relatively still. "A few more chapters then home?" He asked, fighting off a yawn
