I've just watched the remake of Aladdin and I fell in love with the relationship Jasmine and Aladdin had at the beginning of the movie and I thought "But what if it was gay?" and here we are! The first one I did barely got started before it died and I still really want to do something like this.

Idea (basicly the first part of Aladdin): A princess that has been secluded away from the world sneaks out of the palace to see her kingdom. While she is out she tries to help people, but gets into trouble with a merchant. That is when a street rat/thief swoops in to help, only to start a chase.

Sexuality: bi-sexual, leans and favors girls
Appearance: Izzy has long, blonde hair, nearly platinum but not quite. She has pale skin with gold undertones, table to tan nicely in the summer months. Freckles all over her cheeks and face. Has a natural blush to her face. Bright, big blue eyes, long lashes. Very innocent looking face. She's small, standing around 5'4, 5'5.
Attire: Wears a lot of loose, flowing clothing, mainly in pastel colours like pink or yellow. Tends to wear and pink and white flower crown in place of her real one. Doesn't tend to wear shoes but if she does it's white flats.
Other: She has a flower garden, very much loves nature and has a Sparrow as a 'pet.' He's free to do as he wishes so he's more her friend then pet.

(I was thinking the princess sneaks out of the castle, gets in trouble, then the street rat saves her, but wants to see her again so they end up sneaking into the castle, chaos ensues? Setting is up to you, though I would prefer the time frame to be in the past.)

(Okay, that sounds good. for the location I was thinking that maybe her kingdom is set basically on the shore line of an ocean, a desert to the left and a forest to the right, just so we have locations to work with. I'm cool with it being in the past :) )

Appearance: She has long dark brown hair that she keeps in a braid down her back. Her skin is tan and scars decorate her skin. She stands around 5'8
Attire: She wears dark brown pants with light green long sleeve shirt and a dark brown vest, all untucked. She doesn't wear shoes and wears a black cape over everything. She carries a dark brown messenger bag.
Other: She has a pet mystic ball python named Spell. The reason she doesn't have a last name is she was abandoned at the door of the orphanage, with a Raven pecking at the bundle of blankets she was in.

Raven wandered the crowd of the market place, keeping an eye out for guards and anyone who looked like they could stand to loose a few coins. Spell was curled around her neck, occasionally poking her head out to taste the air before slipping back around her neck.
She purposely bumped into a young noble, using the distraction to grab a few coins.
"Watch where your going, street rat!" He yelled at her, raising his arm to hit her.
"Sorry sir!" She yelled back as she dodged the blow and took off down the street, a grin spreading across her face..

Stupid was what her father would have called it. But Isabella didn't care what her father thought of her right now, she needed to get out of the castle. Eighteen years and she'd never truly had the chance to explore her kingdom, and now was the chance to do so.
The princess had crept out of the castle, a cloak wrapped around her shoulders as she wandered the streets of her city. She only needed to keep hidden from the guards. It was so strange to be outside, but she loved it.
It was when Izzy saw a small child, reaching for an apple did she go and help, handing the boy the fruit with a smile, "Here you are."

Raven rubbed a few coins in her pocket together. She stopped at a fruit vendor, swiping an apple or two and slipping them into her pocket. Spell poked her head out of her cloak to sniff the air.
"I'll get some food for you in a minute." She said, petting the top of her head with two fingers. Spell leaned into the interaction before booping her fingers and retreating her head back into the cloak.

The merchant in front of Izzy looked up and narrowed his eyes at her, "I 'ope you're gonna pay for that apple there miss."
She turned towards the vendor, biting her lip, "Oh, right sorry I don't have any money."
The man crossed his arms, clearly displeased, "Well you're gonna 'ave to pay somehow."
"S-Surely you can spare one apple for a child, sir," Izzy swallowed, taking a step back, "Just this once."

Raven looked up at the merchant, eyeing them as she got closer to Izzy. She felt the coins in her pocket. She could pay for the apple…but that would be a waste of money.

"That's not how it works round 'ere miss." The merchant came round from behind the counter. Izzy's eyes widened a little and her hood fell down as she backed up, "Either pay for the apple or face the consequences." He grabbed her wrist, tightly.

"Sir!" Raven said, quickly getting in between the merchant and Izzy. "No need for any of that. I can pay for her." She said, pulling coins out of her pocket. "Is this enough?" She asked, depositing more than enough money into his hand.

The man counted the coins, letting go of Izzy with a nod, "That's should cover it. I'd make sure your friend knows how things work before tryin' to steal down 'ere." He grumbled, turning away from the two girls. Izzy relaxed behind Raven.

Once the man turned his back Raven grabbed enough apples to make up for what she payed for. Raven grabbed ahold of Izzy's hand as she pulled her away from the booth. "Not to pry, but it doesn't look like you're from around here." She said, pulling Izzy close enough that she didn't have to raise her voice above a whisper.

"We're getting off the main streets." She said as she pulled her off down an alleyway. "When that merchant notices a few of his apples are missing, he's going to alert the guards, and I don't feel like being chased today."
