She smiled and laughed softly, stepping onto the hard floor with grace. Her eyes travelled around the room, furnished just like an old mansion.

“Wow…just wow. It’s gorgeous!” She said and instinctively felt her eyes drifting to Rose.

@Honeybee_

"It is isn't it!" she replied, turning around to look at Lizzie. Surprised, she caught her eyes on hers and a blush instantly rose to her cheeks

Lizzie was trapped by her gaze for what felt like an eternity before she managed to look away. She was blushing as well, she was too busy being flustered to notice that Rose was blushing too.

@Honeybee_

"So," she muttered, trying desperately to contain her blush. She looked around the room when Lizzie broke their gaze, asking if she wanted to go outside.

“Y-yeah. That is why we risked those stairs isn’t it?” Lizzie laughed nervously, keeping her eyes pointed downwards.

@Honeybee_

"Yeah" she replied, smiling at her and starting for the doors.

Lizzie lingered behind for a second before catching up with Rose. She walked slightly behind her.

@Honeybee_

She opened the doors, the cool September air rushing into the room. She walked outside onto the concrete, her shoes making no sound at all. "Ah~" she hummed, her hands resting at her sides as she inhaled the fresh air.

Lizzie took a deep breath of the fresh air, it was nice to say the least. Everything here just seemed so amazing, even the weather.

@Honeybee_

"It's so nice out here" she hummed, turning around to face Lizzie.

“Sure is” she smiled “I absolutely love the outdoors, it’s where I spend most of my time actually.”

@Honeybee_

"That's good. I used to climb trees a lot when I was younger, they were kind of like my friends, even though that might sound pathetic to some people" she replied, her eyes sparkling.

“That’s not pathetic at all! Trees are awesome friends and whoever says other wise has obviously never had a tree friend!” She exclaimed

@Honeybee_

She smiled brightly, looking into her eyes gently and passionately.

God even her smile was beautiful….Lizzie mentally slapped herself. SHE’S NOT GONNA BE INTERESTED IN YOU LIZZIE! Despite that voice yelling in her head, she couldn’t stop staring at Rose.

@Honeybee_

She looked into her eyes, a blush returning. She wanted to break the gaze but she didn't know how. This girl was just too gorgeous to exist. Instead of looking away she asked, "Did you climb trees when you were little?" as she played again, with the strings on her hoodie.

“Sometimes. Mostly I just hung out in caves though. There were loads of them near my house.” She rambled, bouncing up and down on the balls of her feet.

"Caves are cool" was all she could manage to get out. "Caves are quite literally cool too" she added, just realizing how much of a dork she sounded like.

Lizzie laughed “yeah I was an odd child. Now I’m just an odd person, apparently you’re supposed to grow out of that but I mean,” she shrugged “here I am.”

@Honeybee_

"I mean, odd is good" she replied, looking at her kindly. She had also been an odd child, but then they discovered her demonic side. Who'd love her, right? No one could love a demon.

“I guess so. I mean, it got the both of us this far right?” She smiled lightly “so we can’t be that bad, can we?”

@Honeybee_

"I guess not" she replied, her smile weakening just a bit.

Lizzie gave her a concerned look and opened her mouth as if to say something but then seemed to think better of it.

She smiled again and began to walk through the extensive courtyard, the grass slowly dying and soon to be replaced with the white snow that came in winter.

Lizzie did her best to keep up with Rose. She walked next to her, glancing around the courtyard in awe.

@Honeybee_

"This place is huge," she remarked, looking at the few, giant willow trees that were planted and the few other miscellaneous that surrounded the outer rim of the courtyard. The trees were almost all bare but a few of them were still left with crinkled, brown leaves, hanging on for their lives.

“Tell me about it…” she took in a deep breath “even when it’s all dying, it’s so beautiful. I guess it’s just that it’s something…real. Everything seems so fake now. But nature’s always so reassuring.”

@Honeybee_

"What do you mean by fake?" she asked, turning to face her. Her expression was filled with worry, wondering what caused her this sudden grief, or what seemed to be like it.

She shrugged “just everything seems so complicated. People lie and deceive, all we seem to do is hurt each other. Nature is so simple, if you survive you’ll live forever, all you have to do is grow fast.”
