Let's Play a Game of Hearts (Closed)

Matt's gaze seemed to soften when the pretty female smiled at him. There was now a light red blush spreading on his cheeks and he could do nothing about it. Matt watched the two speak and felt a sqeeze around his heart. No. This isn't right. he reminded himself. He would not fall for a complete stranger who already had a significant other. With that he forced himself to look away, his heart hardening against the crush he had on the female. Maybe he could go to the basement and join his other friends….but it wasn't something he was too thrilled to do so he settled for going for more punch which was set on a table across the room.

Micha had danced with Jeremiah for awhile, and was getting worn down. So she went to get herself some punch. "I'll talk to you later Mia." She called in a teasing tone. Throwing her hair over her shoulder she came up to the punch table and looked for the cups. In a huff of annoyance she saw the boy from earlier and tapped his shoulder. "Excuse me?"

Matt tensed up when he felt someone tap him, he nearly choked on the punch he was drinking. He quickly regained his composure though and looked back to see who had called him.
He wiped his mouth with the sleeve of his jacket, trying not to act like a nervous wreck. He wasn't familiar talking with the opposite sex. "Y-yes?" He asked, not sure what the young female wanted.

"Do you know where the cups are? I can't find them." She asked with a gentle smile, noting his nervousness. Micha studied his face, a handsome one at that. He had a beautiful hair color, unique from most others, that seemed to fit him perfectly. His lanky figure was a feature most men she had talked to didn't have, so that was something new. Honestly he was really just super cute, and she thought that she'd want to get to know him.

"Oh um yeah, they're…" he trailed off when he couldn't find the pile of cups that had been there earlier when he arrived, the guests must have taken them. "They were right there…" he muttered, then looked back at the female. "I can go get some for you if you'd like" Matt offered, knowing it was the right thing to do.

"Oh! You really don't have to. I can just go look for them." She smiled again as she declined his offer. "But I mean I can't stop you if you want to go get cups."

Matt laughed nervously. "It's no problem! Really, i can go get them" he said as he slowly backed away.
Soon Matt was going down to the basement. He actually had no idea where the cups were, so he was going to ask his friends.
"Cups?" The redhead asked. "Oh, for punch, yeah, we took them to play the game..there should be more in the kitchen?" He questioned.

Matt nodded. Thing was, he had checked but hadn't found any.

Micha stood awkwardly looking around. The boy had kinda just disappeared and now she stood here waiting for him to come back. She didn't want to leave and have him bring cups. That would be kind of rude. So she waited. "Hey pretty thing.~" A slurred voice said walking over to her. They placed a hand on her waist and took her hand. Micha tried pulling away knowing the voice. "Back off Daniel." She growled trying to get out of his hold.
