Winston slid against the wall next to Riven, glancing around with those sleepy eyes he had. While most of the people without masks stared down at their feet, he kept his chin up and made eye contact with everyone who dared looked at him. He wasn't gonna be ashamed of who he was, even if the decision caused him such emotional turmoil.
Love Is A Sin (Reboot.)
A tall older man walked down the halls with two guards behind him. He took count and wrote down how many students were in the school and marked down how many of them had masks and how many didn't. One of the guards was female. She had long red hair that looked like fire when it flowed behind her. Riven made eye contact with her, and for some reason she had a feeling she had seen her before, but she didn't know where from. The women narrowed her eyes and Riven did the same. There was no way she was going to let them take her emotions. Once they walked by, Riven stood on her tiptoes to reach Winston's ear, though it didn't help much. "Did you see the way she looked at me?" It was weird because an offical usually had there emotions removed, or at least that's what they tell them. But there was definitely emotion behind that look.
He leaned over to hear what she was saying, scrunching his nose up. A strand of hair fell onto his forehead in the process, so he pushed it back into place.
"Uh….I guess?" he said, shrugging. "I wasn't payin' much attention. Why?"
(I didn't know what to do ;-;)
(Bump?)
"Never mind. It's not important." Riven eyed the lady as she walked down the hall. She wasn't sure how to feel about that look she gave her. "Well, I'll meet you out front of the school and you can walk to my house with me." Riven quickly gave him a wave before running off. She wanted to get to the classroom before Tammy and her goons could find her.
Winston shrugged and walked into his class, sitting in the closest available seat and setting his head on the desk. Just one more class, he thought to himself, Another period and I can get out of here.
Riven sat in the seat towards the back near the window. She always liked looking out the window. One more class, then it's over. Riven watched the people on the streets, while class was going on. She saw a couple outside the school fighting. In her mind she made up what they were saying to make the scene more interesting.
