Jared nodded. "Okay." He said, going back to the phone. "It's not a date." Another pause. "Alright. Bye." He hung up. "Sorry about that." He said with a small smile.
Love triangles.... the worst thing I've ever loved. CLOSED
She attempted a smile back, she somewhat did but she was still looking down, as her face was still very red. "O-oh it's uh… it's okay…"
(oohhh shoot im so sorry that was for a different RP. Can I redo that one?)
(Oh yeah go ahead, it's totally okay :)
(alright thanks)
Jared smiled slightly. "Alright, good." He straightened. "Ready?"
Tangerine finally looked up after she cooled down a bit. "Yeah, let's go!" She said with a smile as she put both her backpack straps on both her shoulders.
Jared smiled. "You'll have to show me the way, i…"
"Oh yes, of course." She smiled gesturing for him to follow her as she started walking.
He followed her, glancing over at her. "I'm sorry about your friends, by the way." He said softly.
She smiled and looked over to Jared. "Thanks, but it's okay… I'm used to it." Tangerine's smile faded a little.
He nodded. "Oh." He sighed softly. "My friends did the same thing to me when I came back. It sucks. Even though they were never really good friends anyway."
"Well, we have each other now…and Crystal." Tangerine sighed slightly while she turned a corner.

Crystal hopped in her car, going nowhere really. She didn't have much to like she had planned. But it was fine.
Jared nodded, with a small smile. "Yeah. Crystal's a little violent, but…not that bad." He shrugged slightly.
"I'm just glad you and her actually talked to me first…if you haven't noticed already, I'm super shy…to shy for my own good." She laughed a little while looking over at Jared.
Jared chuckled softly. "Yeah, I noticed." He replied with a soft smile, raking a hand through his hair.
"Do you like smoothies? There's a smoothie place on the way to the library. I usually go and get one when I go to the library." The school campus was quite large, so just then they left campus. She turned right onto the sidewalk.
Jared shrugged. "Not the biggest fan of smoothies, but okay." He said with a small smile.
"Oh we don't have to go… I was just giving a suggestion." She said shyly, not wanting to make Jared do something he didn't want to do.
"No, it's fine." Jared said with a small smile.
"A-are you sure?" She asked quietly as she pushed a button on the stoplight so they could cross the road.
He nodded. "Of course."
She smiled. "Okay." The light turn red for the traffic and she started walking across the street.
He walked beside her. "Hey, maybe you can pick out a smoothie for me and I'll try it." He suggested with a small smile.
She smiled back very largely. "Hmm, okay! I have a couple questions pertaining to that. First, what are you favorite types of fruit? And second, do you like super sweet stuff or less sweet?" She seemed to be a little more excited then she should be, after all it's only smoothies.
"Fruit…uhm…are strawberries a fruit? And…" He shrugged. "Less sweet? Although I don't really have a preference."
"They sure are! I love strawberries, but my favorite is any type of citrus. Ironic, right?" They got back onto the sidewalk and walked straight. "Okay, we are almost there!"
Jared chuckled softly. "Isn't it cannibalism?" He joked. "For you to eat citrus?"
