They reached the lake, the moon's reflection rippled in the water. Soren sat by the bank, staring out across the water, taking a deep breath of air. "It's so beautiful here, don't you think?"

Soren slid a glance to Arthur. His eyes widened when he saw how the moonlight illuminated his face, and brought a sparkle to his eyes. "Arty I…" he trailed off, doubting his own thoughts and feelings.
After we are out of here, he will want nothing to do with me. Don't make a fool of yourself Soren!
