ya yeet. North opened the door and stepped inside, smiling at Xanthe and Cameron, Tyler close behind her.

Cameron and Xanthe were playing Mariokart. Cameron had probbaly paused it, because Xanthe was fuming beside him.
“What’s up?” The slightly amused Cameron asked.

North giggled a little and shifted her feet. "Guess what?"

Cameron set the controller down. “What?”

“I’m pregnant.” She grinned, squeezing Tyler’s hand as he smiled down at her.

“Well thank the Gods, it’s about time one of our kids had a kid of their own!” Xanthe exclaimed fiercely.
Cameron rolled his eyes, a dorky grin on his face. “That’s wonderful, North!”

North laughed. “It is great isn’t it.” Her laugh died a little. “Now I have to tell M..”

Cameron and Xanthe exchanged looks.
“He’ll be smitten!”
“Absolutely estatic.”
“He’ll be bouncing off the walls with excitement.”

“Mmmhm. I totally believe that.”

Cameron gave a slight chuckle. “You know it.”

North sighed and looked up at Tyler. “He’s going to kill you.”

Xanthe sighed and shifted her grip on the controller. “He acts like he’s your father. I don’t mind, but Cameron obviously does…”
“I do not! I’m perfectly fine with it!” Clearly.

North laughed a little. “He pisses me off too much to be my father.”

Cameron huffed. “He pisses everyone off, though people still like him.”

“Yeah I don’t know how that works..”

Cameron gave a slight, distgruntled shrug. “He and Pax are off doing something. We think they’re up in the astromony tower, but I wouldn’t follow them.”

“Well ok. I’m hungry anyway.” She said, turning towards the door as Tyler looked down at her a little shocked. “You? Hungry?”

Cameron gave a faint hum. “Enjoy your food.”

"Enjoy losing to Xanthe." She grinned back at him before walking out behind Tyler.

Cameron rolled his eyes, and as the pair walked out, Cameron and Xanthe continued their game.

North and Tyler walked into the kitchen and North got some food, sitting down across from him. "That went well.." She said happily and he nodded. "I always liked your parents, the little bit that I knew them."
