Carson shifted in his sleep. Not doing it for more than two days will do that to you.

Finn looks at him, then slowly gets up and quietly searches for his backpack. He then bites his lip once he remembers he left it in the car.
business
Carson opened his eyes and watched Finn search for something. "Whaha looking for kid?"
group
He squeaks and jumps, then looks at him. “My backpack…I think I left it in the car…” he clears his throat, trying to get the scratchy sound from his voice, but it does nothing.
business
"Hey hey, it's ok." he pulled out his phone and pressed a button. "Don't worry. it'll be here in half a second."
group
He blinks. “Wait what-? How? How does that work?” He looks around.
business
A servant opened the door and handed Carson Finn's bag then quietly left.
"People work for me, remember?" he held out the bag for finn to take.
group
“Ohhhhhhh- right-“ he smiles and takes the bag. “Thank you!” He calls out to the servant. He then smiles at Carson and pulls out some very old looking clothes.
business
"Is that all you have?" he said in reference to the clothing.
group
He blinks. “I mean…I have two more pairs of clothes…”
business
He looked at his watch and stood up. "Ask someone to take you shopping." he moved to the door. "I have to get to work."
group
Finn takes a moment. “Can I watch?” He speaks up.
business
Carson freezes in the door way. "Not this time kid. sorry." he walked out the door and to the garage where he hoped into a car and drove off.
group
Finn sighs, then gets changed and fixes his hair the best he can. Then, he finds his way outside and looks around.
business
Carson parks in front of a small paun shop and walks inside. It was empty, thankfully, except for the owner who's face drained of blood as soon as he saw Carson.
Carson pulled out a gun, a silencer already attached to the end and aimed it at the man. "Hullo. tab's due." he said then pulled the trigger. the man dropping to the floor dead.
Carson removed the silencer and put both it and the gun into his pocket. He left, climbed back into the car and returned to his house.
group
Finn was wandering around, trying to learn the layout of the huge mansion he was now living in. He looked very confused and very overwhelmed.
business
Carson stepped out of the car and walked back into the house.
group
Finn looks at him, then narrows his eyes. “What did you do?”
business
Carson looked surprised. "What do you mean?" he asked. "I went to a business meeting. like i said i was going to do."
group
“Liar.” He crosses his arms.
business
"Oh?" he smiled and let out a playful laugh. "What do you mean liar? what's going in that little head of your's"
group
He sticks out his tongue. “I already called the police.” He huffs. “Why do you hurt people?! What’s your problem?!”
business
"Why did you call the police?!" Carson asked letting out an exasperated sigh. "What do you think i did?"
group
He holds up a phone, showing Carson a recording of him shooting the guy. “That. You did that just now. Luckily he’ll be ok.” He grumbles.
business
Carson looked at the video calmly. Then crouched down and pointed at the screen. "See that. that trickle of blood running down his forehead?" He took the phone and snapped it in half. "Hate to burst your bubble, but he's not ok."
group
Finn flinches, staring at him. Then, he kicks him right in the groin.
“And neither are you!” He growls. “I’ll let you know…I learned something!” He snaps.
business
Carson grabs Finn's foot before it can make impact and holds it there in a slightly uncomfortable position.
"Is that so?"
group
He growls, “Yeah!” He said in a challenging voice. This kid definitely had guts…even if he had a hint of guilt and fear in his eyes.
