introduction
heyo! i'm izzy, call me that. please. um i'm currently in the state of what humans call boredom. i want to rp. so let's get started!

prompts/ideas
i have a pinterest board, which can be found here, which is full up to the chock with a bunch of rp prompts and ideas which interest me. not all of them are rp friendly, though, but i'm confident we can work around that :)

rules
i'm looking for fellow rpers who are fine with the following
~one or two sentence replies and long replies
~templates
~limited romance (this does not have to be romance, but if we do romance lets try to limit it please)
~limited to no swearing
and of course the person who rps with me must comply with the following
~andrew (Our Supreme Lord and Overseer)'s rules ofc
~no op characters allowed or i will yeet you out of here before you know it
~no slurs, discrimination, or anything of that sort will be allowed here

i am pretty flexible, so i am open to a lot of ideas. one idea i'm exploring/interested in is rping on a discord server. if this is something you are interested in, then by all means ask away! if you would like to take this to the pms, tell me first please!
i'm also looking for rpers who will not let the rp die, like many of the rps i'm in.

Hey! I'm definitely interested! The only problem I can think of concerning me, is that my replies sometimes take a really long time. I could reply back within five minutes or five days, or anywhere in between. It doesn't mean I forgotten about an rp—just that senior year of high school is totally kicking my butt. If you're okay with that, then count me in! If not, I completely understand, and I have no hard feelings! :)

As for prompts, I haven't had the chance to look through your board (school-issued chromebook blocks everything, except this for whatever reason), but did you have any in particular that you wanted to do most?

Definitely! And no, I can go on Pinterest when I have my phone—it's just the issue of pulling up the site on there and learning to navigate.

Heyo, sorry I kinda ended that suddenly—I was picked up from school, so I couldn't add to it. Anyways, I was scrolling through writing stuff and came across two I like.

  • “You are a witch working at McDonald’s. There is this one coworker you secretly hate so you cast a curse that slowly destroys the thing that they love the most. Months pass and nothing has changed, but you are starting to get sick.”

  • “At the age of thirteen children are able to summon their familiars for the first time Your family has always been ridiculed for weak and useless familiars until the day of your thirteenth birthday when you summon your familiar for the first time.”

For the second one I was thinking more in a universe like that one, but really it's up to you. Also sorry lol, I'm obsessed with rping witches.

Or, something I haven't done in a hot sec is rp based on a song. I've been obsessed with "Birds" by Thomas Sanders, with Dodie. If you haven't heard it, it's absolutely beautiful.

Heyo! That's totally fine! I was thinking perhaps we could work with that first one? I'm fine with playing either character. Anyways, there are a couple things we need to settle as well -

~age range for characters
~templates or nay?
~what's the plot going to be like?

~Age range: Well, if they are working at McDonald's, I imagine maybe 16 to 26 might work kinda well?

~Templates?: I'm personally fine with either, but I'm lowkey tired of filling out templates at the moment. Then again, I'm probably just going to reuse a character I've had before, so it wouldn't take long.

~Plot: I figure we can follow the prompt pretty closely to begin with, and maybe make it so that they have to find a cure before the witch dies. Along the way the truth could spill, and maybe there could be a whole dramatic moral decision on the other person's side about whether they should continue helping the witch or not after. Or we could deviate a little and make it so that the curse was a bit of an accident and it was only supposed to make the other person sick so that the witch wouldn't have to deal with them for a few days, but it backfired and turns out it's more serious than they thought? Let me know if you have any ideas!

Alright! So for templates, we don't have to do templates. And for the plot, I know this is cliche but perhaps part of finding the cure could be going on this journey… okay that's just really cringey to me now. I assume you would want to be the witch?

Hey, I mean, that's sort of what I had in mind, too lol. And I could be the witch, or I could be the human. I'd have fun either way, and since you're the one who initiated the rp, you can have first dibs. I have good playable characters for both positions, although if this does turn into a romance, would you prefer a hetero or homo relationship? I like both, but I prefer playing male characters, if that's cool with you?

Either relationship works with me. And that's cool, I prefer playing female characters the most anyways. I'll take the human, just because lol

Kaori was inside the McDonalds, getting ready to order some food before she started her shift. She was dressed in a long white dress that ended at her ankles, though she knew most of it would be covered up by the apron she would wear. She sighed, lost in thought. She didn't know how much time she would have for practice when she got home, she also had some homework… she really couldn't wait until she got out of school, then she could stop worrying about being able to practice. She could focus all her time on being able to get into that one school, Juilliard! Am I good enough though? she wondered. Kaori couldn't help this self-doubt, it was just her.
