“Good…” I breathed, letting out a relieved sigh. “If I ever hurt you, tell me to stop, okay? Or if you just ever want me to stop, just tell me. I never want to hurt you, and I know I can lose it a little sometimes when it comes to you…”

Gray’s POV:
“Violeta,” I cheekily called her name, bumping our noses together. Ever since I became an orphan, I didn’t know who I was anymore. I’d long since lost my identity by morphing myself into different personalities to fit into different groups. Before I knew it, I lost my true sense of identity.
But being with Violeta made me think whether she was bringing out what I truly am. When I’m with her, I don’t feel lost anymore. I know who I am. From all those several personalities I’ve created, I know which one’s truly me.

Something in my expression softened significantly. I lay my head down to nuzzle his neck, taking hold of his arms and pulling them more securely around me.
Eden’s POV:
My stomach fluttered at Sterling’s worry. I scooted closer, wrapping our legs together as I looked up at him.
“You’ve never hurt me,” I told him confidently. “And I don’t think you ever will. Whenever you need to let it out, you let it out. if it happens to hurt, I’ll just tell you.”
(Haha, nah, let them enjoy their time. XD)
Gray’s POV:
I chuckled, allowing her hands to pull my arms over her before I took over. I wrapped my arms around her, closing my eyes with a deep sigh.
“You’re beautiful, you know that, right?” I asked in a low voice.
My cheeks flushed at his words, my eyes flickering away. “I…. My self confidence is weird in the way that I can sometimes look in the mirror and love the way an outfit looks on me, but other times… It’s random. I try to see what you see.”
Gray’s POV:
“It’s hard to lift up your self-confidence,” I agreed. “And I’ll make sure one day you look into the mirror and see exactly what I see.”
“Thank you…” I whispered, reaching up to cup his cheek in my warm hand. “You know you’re incredibly handsome, right?”
Gray’s POV:
I leaned into her touch.
“Of course,” I winked at her before breaking out laughing. “I’m not a narcissist, I swear. If you think I’m handsome, then maybe I am.”
I followed this up my pulling her mouth closer to mine and clasping our lips together.

I sighed, nodding before I buried my face in her neck again. "Thank you, E… I love you so much…"

I shivered as his warm breath met my skin, making me close my eyes and tangle my fingers in his soft hair.

I sighed deeply, nodding as I moved to rest my head on his chest.
“Goodnight, Sterling…” I murmured as my eyes dropped slowly. His warmth filled me completely, and the steady beating of his heart slowly lulled me to sleep.
