"it's all right Ira," he smiled lightly. "I was just thinking that he was gay for a person who is straight. How do you think that's going to turn out?"
She laughed a bit. "I don't know, but if it's for you it isn't happening." She smiled softly at him.
He laughed and rolled over onto his back. He reached over to Ira's hair with his hand. "You're so beautiful," Raven bit his lips with a smile.
She flushed a bit. This was different. She was used to the flirty compliments but this was a different topic. "T-thank you." She whispered.
Raven looked at Ira with eyes filled with love. "Seriously, no other girl could make me feel like this," he moved closer to Ira while tucking a strand of hair behind her ear.
She looked at him feeling so loved. "I- I feel the same about you- you're the only man that I could ever really truly love. You mean the world to me." She said her eyes glosses with tears.
"You are my world," he smiled starting to kiss her tears away. "I will never leave you got that. Even if you kill for a living which at first made me want to throw up, but as long as I can still have you I don't care about anything else."
She nodded kissing him. "I promise to love you from now till after I'm dead. Even then- I won't stop." She mumbled against his lips:
"Neither will I," Raven kissed her back. "Wanna go get food or do you want to stay like this for a little bit?"
She looked at him with a smile. "Who needs to eat?" She whispered:
"Alright fine we can eat later, but my friend really wants to meet the person I've been obsessing over for years," he chuckled.
She smiled at him and hugged his waist. "Later we get to cuddle and make out. But for now five minutes of admiring each other in our house." She smiled looking at him. "Because I should probably change."
"Why what's wrong with what you're wearing?" he asked tilting his head.
"I want to change to something more comfortable." She said petting his chest. "Couldn't you fix my hair too?"
"Of course," he smiled. "Are you getting up now?"
She slightly nodded. "Probably should. I also have been wearing light jeans all day, haven't even checked them." She sighed standing. "Let me grab some clothes before you do my hair." She said bending down to one of her boxes.
He frowned a bit when she got up. Raven sat on the edge of the bed kicking his legs back and forth.
She pulled out some clothes and set them on the bed beside him. She stripped her shirt off revealingly her bare, bruised and beaten skin. "Can you hand me my shirt?" She asked folding up her old one.
He tensed a little bit before tossing her shirt. Why did she have to get hurt?!
She grabbed it and slipped it on looking at him. "You OK babe?" She asked concerned. She continued to change by stopping to her underwear. "You seem tense." She finished as she pulled up a pair of yoga pants.
"Why did you go and have to get hurt?" he asked looking up to Ira.
She gave him a solemn look, sighed and sat down next to him. "Because I was trying to be moral. I tried to get out of a hole that I don't know if I ever will. I was trying to leave that life behind and move on to a better one- one with us. Together. So maybe when we had kids 'Mama' wasn't always gone, or at the risk of being arrested. I did it for my future. For our future." She replied petting his leg trying to be comforting.
"Still it hurts me to see you like this," he sighed. leaned down putting his head in Ira's shoulder.
"I'm sorry honey- I really am trying to not get hurt- but when my job is to hurt… well I'm trying to get out of that hole." She said laying her head on his.
"Okay…" he spoke softly. "I'll trust you to do the right thing. You ready?"
"For you to braid my hair?" She asked. "Cause if so then yes."
"Oh right forgot about that, let's get to it. Another braid then?" he asked getting up from the bed standing behind a chair that was in the room.
She nodded pulling the one out. "If you wouldn't mind."
“As you wish,” he smiled combing her hair with his hands until it wasn’t knotted any more. He started to braid her hair smoothly like he did before.
"My sweet Westly~" She joked relaxing at his touch. "You're so good at this babe." She hummed.
