Bridge looked up at him, a light smile dancing on his face. “That was…smart. Really smart, actually.”

Scipio grinned. "Yep. Have some fun and get Dave blamed for it. There really are no downsides." He lay his head back down in Bridge's lap.
Bridge blushed a bit more, wondering for a moment if he should ask Scipio to speak in Italian again, although he wasn’t sure what his reaction might be.
"I can teach you how to say things in Italian, if you want."
Bridge brightened, nodding. “Yes, please.”
"What do you want to know how to say?" Scipio looked up at Bridge from where he was.
“Um…” Bridge considered, not really coming up with anything on the spot. “I don’t know. You…you say something.”
"Well, you could say Ciao, mi chiamo Bridge to say hello, my name is Bridge."
Bridge repeated the sentence more or less exactly with an unsure expression on his face.
"Close enough. Is there any word or phrase you'd like to know in particular? I should know whatever, since I'm completely fluent."
For some strange reason, things like “I like you” and “I think you’re very pretty” started popping up in Bridge’s head, but he pushed them away with a small pink tint to his cheeks.

Scipio rolled his eyes, knowing what Bridge was thinking about. "I like you is Mi piaci."

“Oh.” He blushed some more and repeated the words, again more or less without error.
"What else? Don't be shy, come on."
“Um…I think you’re really pretty?” He asked, blushing some more.
"Penso che tu sia davvero carina." Scipio responded with a faint blush on his cheeks.
As always, Bridge repeated what he had said, smiling just the tiniest bit through his blush.
"What else? I'm sure you've got more."
“I…I do,” He admitted. “Your eyes are a pretty color.”
"I tuoi occhi sono di un bel colore. I feel that you are just saying emotions, no?" Scipio asked with a slight grin, his accent strong.
“Yeah…kind of. Your hair is really, really soft and I like it a lot.” He glanced away for a moment, shy, before returning his gaze.
"I tuoi capelli sono davvero, davvero morbidi e mi piace. These phrases are quite long. I am not sure you will be able to remember them."
“I don’t think I will either,” He admitted with a tiny giggle. “But I like hearing you say them.”
Scipio smiled a bit. "Sei attratto da accenti stranieri, vero?"
“I…I only heard accent. I like yours,” He said with yet another blush.
"I figured. What else would you like to know?" Scipio folded his hands atop his stomach.
“I…I don’t…know,” Bridge told him, looking from the wall, to him, and back. This may be too soon, but would he kiss me?
"Oh, come on. I know you're thinking about something." Scipio watched Bridge for a moment. "Vuoi che ti baci." He flushed a bit more, but only just.
He shook his head, but only to show he didn't understand. "I don't…know what that means," He said.
"Nothing, nothing… anything else? I am open to suggestions."
