Backstory:
A world where a species of humans was discovered that evolved near identical to our own- except for their height. At a mere few inches tall, this new species has been deemed too helpless by the general population, thus to be treated as pets needing constant protection. Different variants were found as well- mice hybrids, satyrs, all only truly sharing one trait- their small height. At first, they were treated well, almost as equals. As time went on, though, the 'Tinies' as they were dubbed were soon viewed as no more than intelligent pets, to be bought and sold and treated however one deemed fit. Hundreds of tinies are rescued from abuse every year in the larger cities, and even more experience smaller forms that have been deemed okay by society.

The Prompt:
Person A wasn't expecting to find themself in the Tiny section of the pet store, but there they were. They also weren't expecting to find one of the tinies (Person B) had a shock collar to 'deal with behavioral problems,' and had been in and out of the shop for the past six months. Least of all, they didn't expect themselves to be buying the tiny.

Name: Rotu Airens

Species: Human
Appearance: Rotu is about 5 feet 6 inches tall, with a soft jawline and broad shoulders. They on occasion putting on elaborate face paint when they don't have to work. They have pale skin, and short curly blonde hair with an undercut in their natural black. Most of the shoes they own are Doc Martens, and their pastel hoodies are worn with black ripped tights and or skirts.
Basic Personality: Rotu is a quiet person, preferring their art or music to actual interactions with other humans. They're compassionate, though, and it would be foolish to mistake them as a pushover. They know what they believe, and they know they won't put up with anyone's crap.
Backstory: Rotu grew up in the middle of nowhere, with a forty-minute drive to school each morning. They didn't have much, but their parents did their best to support the large family. Rotu has four siblings, all younger, with the youngest being their sister at fourteen years old. They kept most about their identity to themself, never truly sure if they would be accepted. They came out after they had moved and was secure in their new home, and surprisingly their parents were open to learning more and accepting them. Their siblings weren't so flexible, though, and two have already said "I have no brother in him." It broke their heart, but they still come home for holidays. They now live in a small town, though the people seem more accepting than most.
