Nathaniel nodded, clinging to V. Really the only thing keeping him awake was how uncomfortable his wings were beneath the jacket and shirt.

"alright." V stood up with Nathaniel still clinging to him and walked back home,
As soon as he was set down at home, he pulled off the jacket and shirt, letting his wings relax. "That's better…"
"Yes it is," V sat next next to nathaniel and lightly traced the wings
Nathaniel pulled himself back into V's lap and yawned again, relaxing against him.
"Sleep my love, we'll need to get up a bit early tomorrow." he muttered softly, holding Nathaniel close
Nathaniel nodded and drifted off to sleep, still huddled against V. He mumbled something incoherently, although V was discernible a few times.
"hm? What was that my love?" he asked softly, sleep threatening to take over
Nathaniel didn't respond, already asleep. His head fell upon V's shoulder and was still.
V smiled softly and kissed his brow before nodding off
When V woke up, Nathaniel was mumbling his name in his sleep again.
V stroked his hair while listening to his muttering. He smiled softly as he heard Nathaniel day his name a few times
Nathaniel blushed a bit in his sleep, burying his face in V's chest. His wings fluttered a bit.
"now what could my beautiful angel be dreaming about," he muttered softly, pressing his lips to Nathaniel's head
After a few more minutes, Nathaniel stirred and looked up at V. "Morning, love…"
"good morning gorgeous, sleep well?" He asked, stroking his hair and wings
"Mhmm…" Nathaniel smiled softly, hugging V a little tighter.
"I'll take that as a good. What were you dreaming about?" He glanced down at him and kissed his brow
Nathaniel blushed again. "I-I… um… you were kissing me…" He said softly, his wings quivering.
"was I now?" V nuzzled Nathaniel's hair and smiled "anything elese?"
"Nothing much…" Nathaniel replied quietly, looking away as his face grew redder.
"you are a horrible liar. You're face gives it away." He tilted Nathaniel's face up towards his and kissed him softly
"Well, we did the making out thing…" Nathaniel closed his eyes, his wings trembling slightly.
"ah alright, that's why you were blushing in your sleep." He laughed softy and stroked his wings
Nathaniel nodded and looked up at V again. "…You're pretty." He said out of the blue, fidgeting with his hands.
V blushed at the sudden compliment "thank you, beautiful angel." He shifted a bit and tucked the covers around them closer
Nathaniel grinned genuinely and huddled into the blankets with V. "I love you."
"I love you too, angel." He kissed his brow, keeping his lips on his head
Nathaniel entwined their legs, getting comfortable again. "What're we doing today?"
"well, my dear, you have an interview to go to. Afterwards I was thinking ice cream?" E suggested with a smile
