"Yeah, pretty much. They don't, like, wear the outfits, but they have the best burgers," Kasey said, looking up at him again with a smile.

“Sounds great.” Barry nudged his nose against her cheek.

Kasey let out a soft giggle and turned to peck his lips. "Breakfast, babe…"
"Right, that." Barry grinned happily. She called me babe!

Kasey hummed softly to herself as she made her way to her car. She had planned to meet Barry by it after they were done with their classes, and he should be getting there any time now.
For now, though, she was alone. She bobbed her head and did a bit of a dance to the song she couldn't get out of her head.
Barry came up behind her, a smile hanging off his lips. He waited a minute or two, and then cleared his throat. "You look cute when you dance."

Kasey froze, her cheeks immediately turning bright pink. She spun around to face him, chewing on her lip.
"Were you watching me?" she asked quietly.
Barry laughed softly, stepping forward to wrap his arms around her. "Only for the last minute."

Kasey groaned and buried her face in his shirt to hide her embarrassment. "You weren't supposed to see it. It's stupid."
Barry gently nudged her face back up, chuckling. "It was cute." He planted a teasing kiss on her lips, and the sun seemed to brighten for a moment, a few tiny clouds dissipating.

"Shuddup… It was not," Kasey mumbled, blushing deeply. Under her shirt, her tattoo flashed to a bright pink lined with a light gold-bronze color.
"Was too," he sang, kissing her again.

"Wasn't," Kasey muttered her argument against his lips before she gave in and kissed him back gently.
"Mm," he murmured into her, nudging her until he had her pinned against the car. "How're you?"

"Better now that I'm with you," Kasey murmured between kisses. "You?"
"Aw." Barry's arms slid around her waist. "I'm good."

"Good," Kasey said with a light laugh as she wrapped her arms around his neck.
"We're never going to get to the diner at this rate.." Barry mumbled against her mouth.

"Hey, you started it, so you can't complain," Kasey giggled without letting her lips leave his.
"You make a good point." Barry laughed. "Come on, let's go."

"I can't get to my keys this way, babe," Kasey said with a light laugh. "They're in my back pocket. I think… I hope that's where they are, anyway…"
Barry grudgingly moved aside, chuckling.

Kasey patted at her back pocket ms and half-sighed half-groaned. She grumbled to herself as she dug around in her back pack, searching for her eyes.
Barry bit back a laugh. "Why does this happen every time we see each other?"

"Because my keys hate me," Kasey grumbled as she searched for her keys some more, completely not noticing that they were sticking out of her front pocket.
Barry's eyes snagged on a little stick of silver protruding from Kasey's back pocket. "Found them," he informed her, reaching forward to carefully tug them out and hand them to her.

Kasey glanced at the keys, down at her pocket where Barry'd taken them from, and sighed as she took them from him.
"I hate myself sometimes," she muttered under her breath as she turned around to unlock the car.
"Don't," Barry wrapped his arms around her middle again so that her back was pressed against his chest.
