Barry nodded sleepily, mumbling a slurred reply before falling into a deep sleep.

Kasey has gone back to her apartment after Barry fell asleep, not really wanting to sleep with her drunk boyfriend. Now, it was morning, and she was awake and eating cereal.

Barry blinked his eyes open, groaning as a massive headache formed in the space of a second. "K-Kasey?" he managed, glancing around the room and trying to remember what had happened the past night. She was nowhere to be seen, as were his memories of the events that lead him to this– hangover?

After Kasey finished her breakfast, she ahoy Barry a quick text.
KASEY: Hey, Bare. How’re you feeling?
('ahoy' lol)
Barry's phone buzzed on his nightstand, and he came to the realization that he was still fully dressed. Groaning again, he unlocked it and replied to Kasey.
BARRY: Not great… what happened last night? I can't actually remember

KASEY: Well… Turns out the punch you drank was spiked…

Barry groaned loudly, slapping his forehead.
BARRY: Oh god… what did I do??

Kasey chuckled as she remembered.
KASEY: Well, you really wanted me to dance with you. And the weather was crazy. You sang “The Lion Sleeps Tonight” the whole way back, then didn’t remember that I’m your girlfriend. And you passed out when I brought you back.
BARRY: oh. my. god. I'm so sorry. You're never going to let me forget this, are you?
He wanted to melt into a puddle of embarrassment right then and there.

BARRY: come on, Kase, don't do this to me :(

What are you doing today?
BARRY: throw up and complain about my headache, you?

KASEY: I work later, but I’m free for right now. Want me to come over and help you?

Kasey laughed a bit and walked into her room to change.
KASEY: I'll be there in a couple minutes.
Barry put the phone back on his nightstand, slumping back down and pressing his hands to his violently throbbing temples. “Owwww.”

After getting dressed and brushing her hair and teeth, Kasey crosses the hall to Barry’s dorm. She knocked, the waited for him to open the door.
Barry rolled out of bed, stumbling over to the door and opening it. “Hey.”

“Hey, Bare. How’s your head?” Kasey asked with a soft smile as she stepped into the room.
(Morning!)
(Good morning! How are you?)
“Nggg.” Barry made a groggy sound and wrapped her up in a hug. “I’m never drinking again…”

(I’m good. Tired, but that’s morning for you. Lol. And most of the day, I suppose…)
Kasey laughed a bit and kissed his cheek as she hugged him back. “Good. I don’t really want to have to deal with five-year-old Barry again.”

Barry buried his face in her hair. “Sorry,” he mumbled, face heating up.

(I mean, I’m better than usual, so that’s good. I think it’s cause I actually made myself get up this morning instead of just laying in bed. Lol.)
“I’m just teasing you, hun. It wasn’t your fault,” Kasey said, hugging him slightly tighter. “You didn’t know.”

“Mph. Well, I’m sorely regretting it either way.” He pulled away to flop down on the bed, his head pounding.

Barry shook his head, rubbing at his eyes. He took hold of her hand, sudden nausea overtaking him.
