He smiled and slowly walked over to her "is that a sign of surrender?"

"No I just wanna know," she whined.

he chuckled and pulled her into an embrace "want to know what?"

"What do you want?"

He looked at the ceiling in thought and smiled "now that can't be many things, say for instance, what do I want in life, or in spirit or what do I want to acheive. So your going to be more specific."

"What do you want me to do."

He glanced down at her "ahhh now we're getting specific. I don't want you to do anything." he said, lightly brushing back her hair

"…What do you mean?"

"exactly what I said. you don't have to do anything for me."

"…Ok."

he chuckled "Confused?"

"Very."

he laughed "I'm sorry, this isn't supposed to be confusing, maybe this'll help." he leaned down and kissed her gently

She kissed back.

He broke away slightly "better? or still confused?" he asked with a smile

"B-Better…"

"Really? cus your stuttering again." he leaned back on the counter to get a better look at her "do I make you nervous?"

"…No," she said looking at him

He arched an eyebrow but didn't pry on "what time is it?" He asked looking for a clock

she looked at her phone. "7:18…I guess you're gonna leave soon…?"

"you kidding me? That's still too early. I'm going back to bed." He kissed her cheek and went back to the couch

"Hey don't leave me…" she said walking over to him.

"I would never leave you." He pulled her into his chest and held her tight

She smiled brightly. "Comfy."

He chuckled and turned the TV on "what's new on the world."

"I have no idea."

"deaths, robberies, ooooh a famous person had a baby….for the 5th time. Cooking channel, Hallmark….drama….anything interesting?" He lightly stroked her arm as he flipped through channels

"We could watch a movie."

"I swear if you make me watch another Christmas romance one more time, I will literally have someone run me over." he looked at her with a smile
