Lucas pulled out his next patient's file, looking at it for the fifth time that day. Marlin J. Yuil Jr. A completely apathetic person. He read, his fingers tapping on the brace on his legs. This would be hard, Lucas was a very empathetic person, so he was sure he would be able to help this man, but it would still be hard.
It was approaching noon, and Truth was sitting cross-legged in a chair tucked away from the door he was told his empathetic trainer would be emerging from. Truth checked his watch again, watching each second tick by.. He glanced across the waiting room to a loud couple chattering loudly. His fingers tapped anxiously, however he did not feel any emotion linked to the tap tap of his long, pale fingers. His gray eyes darted around the room again, looking for something to gaze at as a distraction. He looked back down at his watch instead.
