Pokemon: Gay Edition

Have you ever played Pokemon Sword/Shield and you're like "Huh. Could be gayer"?

Basic premise is kinda like Hop and Victor being childhood friends, but like, OCs and also very gay

RULES:

• Swearing is okay! Our characters are kinda young though so probably nothing too crazy
• No NSFW! Normally I'm chill with this but again, our characters will be very much underage. Kissing, hand holding, lots of cuddles and that sorta thing is all fine!
• I don't expect you to be perfect, but please be literate! I prefer at least two or three lines, but one line is okay as long as it's possible to reply to and detailed enough
• No Gary Stus! Our characters probably won't have any pokemon that are super powerful yet, but they may later on
• Please be at least somewhat active
• I have the right to deny anyone for any reason! Please don't bitch about it hh
• I may add to this list if I think of anything else
• This will be based in the Galar region, so keep that in mind

Personality: Rowan is a huge sweetheart and always tries to encourage his friends despite his own skills. He's always happy to help anyone who asks for it, even if he has to go out of his way to do so. He tends to be a bit of a hopeless romantic as well and crushes on people pretty often. He's really infatuated with the idea of having a real relationship and he's very emotionally sensitive. He's very close with his mother, so he came out to get as soon as he found out he was gay.

Rowan sighed softly as he headed into Ballonlea. He'd just taught his Noivern how to use Steel Wing, so he hoped to just drill through the gym there pretty quickly. He'd caught wind of some sort of audition to be the new Fairy type gym leader, but he really didn't have any interest. What he was interested in was the fact that he'd be meeting up with his friend, Teigi. He hadn't seen him since the last gym and he was looking forward to seeing him. He sat down on a dimly glowing mushroom to rest and to wait for Teigi to arrive.

"Teigi! Took you long enough to get here." Rowan laughed softly and hugged the taller boy with a contented sigh. "I've been pretty good. Noivern finally evolved." He let his Noivern out of its pokeball and smiled brightly. "He knows some dragon type moves now and he knows Steel Wing, so I think I'll be able to get through the gym as long as he doesn't faint. What about you?"

"That's great! I'd love to read some of your stuff sometimes." Rowan stood on his toes to gently pet Noivern's head. At Teigi's comment, he stuck his tongue out playfully and huffed. "I'll grow! I'm only thirteen, after all… I'm sure I'll be taller than they are when I'm older. At least they still listen to me."

"Hush! Just you wait; I'm gonna be even taller than Inteleon!" Rowan crossed his arms, obviously pouting. "You're just teasing because you're tall… but you're a year older than me, so that doesn't really mean anything!" He pet Noivern again, eyeing the pokemon thoughtfully. He'd spent ages in the wild area to get it to evolve. "How tall is your Furret anyway?"

"Hey!" Rowan laughed a bit when Teigi picked him up, trying his best and failing to be annoyed. He stuck his tongue out again when Teigi let him back down and turned his attention up to the tall pokemon. "How come pokemon gotta be so big?" He huffed as he reached out to touch the Furret.
