"I would appreciate it if I could lay next to you please. Can you carry me to the bed please," he asked, eating more fries. He was almost done with them in the time frame that Jas was talking to Kritanta.
He breathed a laugh, a small smile spreading at his lips "there's no way in hell I'm carrying you." he snapped his fingers and brought both of them to bed "better?" Jas asked, resting his head on the pillow
Nick rolled closer to Jas. "Much better," Nick was content as he finished off his fries and hugged Jas.
Jas nodded and pressed himself close to Nick, careful not to disturb the still sensitive stitches. "I love you," he murmured, drifting off to sleep again
"I love you too," he smiled and fell asleep as well.
"I love you too Melissa," Kritanta chuckled as she played with Mellissa's hair before falling asleep.
Jas awoke beside Nick right when the sun rose. Not wanting to disturb him, jas laid there watching as Nick's chest steadily rose and fell with each breath. he rested his hand on Nick's heart, feeling it's strong beating as he whispered "Love, beautiful, miraculous, gorgeous, generous."

Nick groaned and whispered, “Dangerous too, very dangerous,” he smiled kissed Jas on the lips.

Jas smiled into the kiss, cupping his cheek and pressing closer. "Yeah, dangerously close to giving me a heart attack!" He pulled away slightly and gazed at Nick "how are you feeling?"
Nick chuckled. "I'm feeling good. Not good enough to be back in the field, but you did a great job with my stitches. Thank you love," he smiled and closed his eyes.
He nodded "Of course, love." He pressed a kiss to his cheek while stroking his hair "you can go back to sleep, it's a little early."
Nick wined, "But I want to cuddle with you." he pouted with a yawn.
He laughed softly "we can do that too," He rested his head next to Nick's and gently nibbled his ear, occasionally whispered words.
Nick hummed softly and closed his eyes. "I love you Jas," he smiled.
"i love you too, nick." he pressed a kiss to the area below Nick's ear "your sister has a girlfriend now," he said softly, lightly tracing patterns on his chest
"Does she. I didn't know if Melissa would say yes or not. I'm happy for her. She's had a hard past with no love in it. So, she wants to protect that love at all costs. Just like you and me," he smiled.
He smiled softly and nodded "they both deserve it, I'm just hoping your sister's done trying to kill me." He knew Kritanta promised to not hurt him unless he hurt nick but he wasn't so sure if that promise would hold, knowing how adamant her colleagues were on tracking him down
"I don't think she will try to kill you anymore. If she does, I won't hesitate," he chuckled.
He laughed softly and shook his head "no, yoe're not aloud to kill your sister if she kills me."
"I never said anything about killing her. I was planning to scold her," Nick laughed then stopped. "Nope, it hurt to laugh."
"oh…" he laughed softly and nuzzled his neck "my poor baby," he teased, pressing kisses along his jaw and neck
"I know I'm so weak. Mind making me breakfast because I can't get up," he smirked.
He rolled his eyes "of course I will." He groaned and sat up, rubbing the sleep from his eyes
"Hey, Jas?" he spoke softly.
He glanced back at Nick "Yeah, love?" he said in a voice just as soft
“Come here,” he mumble before connecting there lips.
Jas hummed in surprise before cupping Nick's face and drawing him closer. He tilted his head to the side to deepen the kiss
Nick’s hands held Jas’s waist as he’s miles against Jas’s lips. They nodded they’re head in sync with a him coming from Nick.
after a few more seconds, jas pulled away slightly, their lips hairs away from each other "I don't count as breakfast, my beautiful one." he whispered, resting his hands on Nick's chest
“I know, I just wanted an appetizer. Unless you count as a meal I’ll take it,” he smiled before kissing him one more time. “Alright I’ll let you go.”
He laughed and shook his head "I'm the dessert." He pressed one last kiss to Nick's lips before standing up and stretching. "I'll be back once the breakfast gets going and once your sister is awake."
