He sighed and looked up to the ceiling and into the bathroom light. His blue eyes shined off if them making them appear more white than anything due to them already being such a light blue.
He looked down at her "i hope i find her soon" he says with a sigh

(But I literally could've said something HOURS ago, and I didn't so I should apologize. <3)

She lay a tender hand on his cheek. "You will, I promise." She said stretching her arms out for a hug.

(FINE! I give up XD)

He leaned in for the hug, hugging her back. He closed his eyes for a second and realized how exhausted and tired really was.

She rubbed his back gently, feeling secure in his arms. Then she remembered what went down right before he had brought her jacket back. Something dropped heavily in her gut, and her face went pale. She got shaky, and her eyes filled with tears. She bit her lip to muffle her choking deep in her throat.

Whilst holding her in his arms, feeling so protective over her as he did, he noticed her state.
Was it because of him? He doubted it, but he pulled away a little. "Hey, hey…are you alright" he asks softly in a whisper as his hand rest on the side of her cheek, strands of hair falling over his fingers as he looked into her eyes, glazed with tears. His face filled with concern and care as he looked at her.

She shook her head and looked to the floor letting the tears fall. She wasn't okay at all. "N-no I'm not." She barely whispered. She went back to his arms now with tears streaming down her face. She held him tight not wanting him to go, she couldn't let him leave, not yet at least.

He gave her a gentle squeeze and kissed the top of her head, rubbing her back. Hearing her cry broke his heart, making it sink down even farther than it had been before.
"If you want to talk about it you can. But you don't have to" he says softly to her as he held her

She nodded digging her face into his shoulder. "Are you really willing? I know it's late…" she asked hoarsely. She didn't want to bother him, but she wanted the extra security.

"Oh definitely. I just almost died up in a tree for you, I think I can stay up late" he smiled softly at her at he placed his hand on her red and running his fingers through her soft hair.
Though…he was curious as to what was going on with her? Was she actually okay?

She took a deep breath. "Here, can we sit on my deck? The fresh air would be nice." She commented as he ran his fingers through her hair. She enjoyed the feeling, the soothing comforting feeling. She gently took his free hand in her's and gave it a soft squeeze. "Only if you're OK with it."

He smiled as she grabbed his hand. "I don't mind" he says leaning off of the counter. "I keep ok forgetting that all of the dorm rooms have those cute little decks. I need to pay attention to that more" he says as they walked out onto the deck

She pulled up a chair closer to his and leaned her head back, shutting her eyes for a second. She took a deep breath and looked back at him. "Have you ever been threatened? Or feel insecure wherever you are?" She asked quietly.

He stayed standing up, leaning against the railing and letting the soft wind blow through his white hair as it looked somewhat blonde in the lighting the room gave off.
He though for a second, but simply nodded to show he was listening. "Yeah?" He asks, mildly concerned.
Did she get threatened? Is she feeling insecure?
He always was thinking of ways to try to make it all better.

She took in another shaky breath and watched him. Not in a creepy way, more just admiring. "How did you know when you were finally safe, and you knew it was a bluff?" She asked trying not to just come out straight and just say her mind, but she probably just should. She fiddled with her hair, watching his, it looked so soft, and just a beautiful color in general.

He went back to when….everything happened. It was a pretty traumatizing thing to go back to. He had always just pushed it away. To the back of his mind.
He took a breath, pursing his soft lips into a thin line and blinked quickly. "I was alone. That's the only way i knew i was safe. I couldn't trust anyone. So i made sure i was the only one that there was to trust. Because no one could turn on me. I was the only one who could hurt myself. So i hid. Where no one could really find me. For a while actually" he says looking up at her.
"…from what you're telling me and asking me, I'm assuming this…is happening to you currently? Now, i don't want you to do what i did." He looked down to the ground.

Visible tears glazed her eyes. She looked at her bare feet and fiddled with the hem of her tank top. "I'm terrified Jin!" She cried looking back at him. "I swear every which way I turn- I'm faced with someone who can, will, and may kill me! Back to back to back! One thing after the other, I'm trapped!" She said her hands over her face now. "I'm now stuck in a paranoia of checking my shoulder every five seconds- and I feel my heart stop at the slightest of movement from somewhere I can't see great." She said wrapping her arms around her, tears on her face.

His heart felt like it had just sunk to the bottom of his chest like an anchor in the harsh waves of a storm. He leaned off of the railing and quickly wrapped his arms around her. "Laura, I'll protect you alright?" He says in a hushed whisper, as quiet and as soft as a feather, a crack in his voice showing the pain he felt of seeing her scared. The only thing he wanted to do was to protect her. He didn't wants to pry too much, hoping it's not too traumatic to talk about. But in order to protect her…he had to.
"How can i help?" He asked her as his hand slipped into hers softly, his ghostly blue eyes looking into hers

She flitted her eyes away, and thought for a second. She shook her head. "I-I don't know." She choked turning her gaze back upon his. "I have no clue how you can help- I- don't know if you can." She said letting tears stream down her face. She slipped her arms around his waist and started crying, holding him tight. She dug her face into his shoulder. "I just don't feel safe- anywhere…" She mumbled hiccuping in between breaths.

He held her tight, never wanted to let her go. Afraid the moment he did she wouldn't be safe.
"Who's threatening you Laura? I can help you. And….if you really want, Levi can even too. I want you to be safe. And feel safe." He says rubbing her back gently.

She took in a heavy breath, trying to let it out slowly. "Eliza, for starters… she's too much like my aunt for my comfort… and my Aunt is the other one…" She said not letting him go. She held tighter, scared that once she let go, she may never feel this secure feeling ever again. "My aunt tried to call me, and she left a message. She's mad, and she's looking for me. I don't know what to do…"

"Whys she mad" he asks her, not loosening his grip in the slightest. Their chest we're pressed together, he was afraid she could hear his heart thumping against his chest.
Though right now, he pushed his feelings away and let his protective side take over.
Was he going to tell Levi about this? Only if she was okay with it. But if it concerned her safety, he was going to do anything to make her safe

"I ran away…" She said quietly. She had calmed her breathing some, and her tears were slowed as well. "S-she was terrible, a-and she hated me. She was the only family I had left though…" She felt herself getting worked up again. "A-and her h-husband hated me m-more." She was choking it out barely.

"Oh my gosh Laura" he held her closer. Tears swelled up in his eyes as he squeezed his eyes shut, his hand was shaky as it said on the back of her head while he held her.

She was full on sobbing now. "I-I dot know what to do-" her voice gave way and she just sobbed into his arm. She gripped the front of his shirt, without much notice, and held it tight within her fist.

He held her for a while, small hot tears fell down his pale cheeks. He blinked them away and took a deep breath. What was he supposed to say to this? What was he supposed to do?

She took in a shaky breath and softly pulled away. Her face showed she had been obviously crying. "J-Jin… w-what should I do?" She asked not expecting him to answer. She just stared into his silver blue eyes, slipping her hand into his. "I know- you can't do much of anything…" she whispered.

"No, i-i can.i can protect you Laura" he squeezed her hand, looking up into her eyes as tears swelled up in his eyes more then before. And this time she could see. She could see him cry. Showing her that he had actual, raw feelings.
"Let me, and i will. I promise" he says quietly, desperation in his voice more than ever.

She put a gentle hand in his cheek. "Please…" she said, begging in her tone. "I can't be alone again." She rubbed her thumb on his cheek and blinked back tears.

“I won’t let you be” He says to her in a whisper, leaning his face into her hand just a little bit as he took a deep breath.
“Tell me what to do. I can do it. I can find a way to protect you. You won’t have to be alone. Not in this.”

She shut her eyes, and squeezed his hand a bit. "I really don't know… Just- don't leave me here, please… I- would you be able to spend the night here?" She asked looking him in his beautiful eyes.
