Cosima leaned into the last kiss, knowing that she wouldn't be able to do it again until they got home. "I love you too, and good luck too." She said, watching as she walked out. She decided that she should as well and went to her own car. She backed up out of the driveway and drove to school. Once she got to the parking lot she sighed and put her head in her hands, hoping no one would mention anything.
Valerie was already walking inside the school when Cosmia drove up. She made it to her classroom, through the sea of high school kids, without any comments. She sighed as she plopped down in her chair and booted up her computer. It was going to be a long day.

Cosima walked past Valerie's class on the way to her own. She quickly glanced inside, letting out a soft sigh before moving away and into hers. The bell rang and she stood by her desk while shrugging her lab coat on. The students filed in and scattered across the room and she heard a couple of whispers here and there but she didn't listen hard enough to hear what they were saying. "Ok class, today we are going to work on covalent compounds." She started, setting up the lab. She glanced once more into Valerie's room from their shared window before beginning.
Valerie looked up as students started filing into her classroom. She heard many whispers and snippets of conversations from the students. She nervously looked back down to her computer screen, getting the projector ready. She heard the bell ring and let out a sigh. She stood up and moved out from behind her desk. "Good morning everyone! We are going to get right into class today since we have a lot to do today. Please get back into your groups from yesterday and finish up your presentation, you'll have 20 minutes." She glanced to the shared window, unable to see Cosmia, she quickly looked back at her class and turned on the projector.

Cosima heard the bell ring for the next period which was her own planning period. She knew she had to go out of her classroom to the testing room to get study guides for her other classes. She wished that she would be able to stay in her own class the whole day but alas, things never went her way. She waved her students on the door out before leaving the room herself. She contemplated texting her wife but didn't want to interrupt her in case she was doing something important.
