He kissed her and smoothed her hair gently, knowing that she liked it. He glanced at the time. "Would you like to get that coffee now, m'lady?"
"That'd be a brilliant idea. Let me go get dressed" she replied, slipping up the staires to her room and changing quickly
Christian watched her go and found himself anxiously waiting for her return. He decided his clothes were a little wrinkled but fine.
She came back soon, dressed in black, high-waisted jeans and a white crop top that had some sort of tree symbol on it. "Ready to go?" she asked, looking at him with excitement.
"Ready when you are, m'lady," he declared, standing up.
She grabbed his hand and her keys and wallet, walking out the door and throwing him the keys. "Can you drive?" she asked.
"I believe we came here in my car, m'lady," he replied. He also noted her wallet. "You won't need that. Coffee's my treat."
"Oh yeah, I forgot," she replied. "I can pay for my own coffee, I'm expensive" she laughed, slipping into the passenger's seat while shoving her keys in her pocket.
He started the car and looked over at her. "My treat," he repeated, his lips pulling into a smile.
She smiled again, kissing his lips softly before sitting back into her seat and placing her hands gently into her lap.
He pulled out of the lot, already wanting to kiss her again. He wasted no time getting to the coffee shop.
She hopped out of the car and walked around, taking hold of his hand and smiling softly, "Let go" she chirped
He intertwined their fingers and lead her into the shop. He found a table for two and pulled the seat out for her in a gentlemanly fashion.
She smiled and sat down, watching him take a seat and smiling again. "What are you getting?" she asked, looking through the menu above the counter.
"Mmm, a cappuccino is fine for me," he said quietly, thinking aloud.
"Cappuccinos are good" she replied, watching him gleefully.
"What are you getting, m'lady?" he asked, looking up at her.
"Tea Latte" she replied, looking into his eyes.
He reached across the table and brushed a piece of hair away from her face. "Excellent."
She froze for a moment as his hand touched her face. She fought the urge to kiss him right then and there, winning the battle. She blushed lightly, her bottom lip tucked in her teeth.
"Have I ever mentioned how adorable you look when you blush?" he asked with a smile.
"Multiple times, actually" she replied, her blush growing.
"No harm in saying it again." He leaned closer, over the table. "You look utterly, completely adorable when you blush."
She couldn't control herself much longer, "Thank you" she replied, her blush deepening as he leaned closer.
"You're welcome, m'lady," he whispered, smirking when he saw her blush harder.
That was it. When he smirked she immediately pressed her lips to his, just for a moment before pulling away, her blush a tad less red.
He smiled when they pulled away. "I love you, Megan," he whispered.
"I love you too Christian" she replied, her smile growing slightly with every second.
"Good. Cause I didn't know what I would've done if you didn't." He drew her forward to kiss her again.
She smiled into the kiss and pulled away when their names were called, "We should go get those" she hummed, looking into his eyes happily.
