(Ugh allergies suck! This time of year is the worst for it, especially will all the rain)
Ophelia piles the dishes up on the counter next to the sink and gets to work. She used the warm water water and a little bit of soap to scrub everything clean, wanting to make sure she does it properly so it’s not more work for the staff tomorrow. Focused on the task at hand, it takes her a moment to realize that her husband is behind her.
Feeling his hands on her hips, she leans back slightly into his embrace, relishing the attention. His words whispered in her ear causes her to turn her head a little to look at him. “I’m nearly done. I’ll finish them up and then we can head to bed together.” She’s perfectly fine to finish up the dishes.
She leans back into the sink and goes to finish up the dishes. It’ll only take her another couple of minutes and then she’ll be done. The task is a simple one but she wants to make sure that she does it properly instead of rushing through it.
