Sitting on a sidewalk, back leaned against the wall of an empty building. Looking up at the sky, Grace saw that the sun was going down already. She took a deep breath. Shuddering, she thought about the past couple of hours. She couldn't take it anymore, she bolted. Running out to the nearby seaside, she dove deep into the water. Embracing the sudden ice of the water, she let the freezing water wash away all of her worries and feelings. Suddenly, she felt a need to take a deep breath. Surfacing, she took the deepest breath she could possibly take.

What a beautiful evening it was. The sunset had been one of the best Evangeline had seen in a long time. As she was taking photos of it, a person ran past her and dived into to water, making a big splash and a beautiful picture.

Glancing back, she noticed a girl with a camera. With soaking wet clothes, she emerged from the water and looked back at the girl. She ran back behind a nearby building, and leaned against the wall.

Something buzzed in Grace's pocket. She reached in and pulled out a plastic baggy with her phone inside. Taking her phone out, she saw a message from her best friend Izzy. Where are you?, Izzy texted. I'm looking for you, and can't find you! Grace didn't want to be found. Don't look for me then. I don't want to be found

Finn walked alone. His bare feet in the water that only went to his ankles. Sandles in his hand. He didn't want to go home right now. Willow was watching Poppy so he shouldn't have to go back for a while.

Spying Finn out of the corner of her eye, Grace let out an involuntary gasp. Quickly shutting her mouth, she darted away out of what she hoped was Finn's line of sight, and crouched down low, behind a small bush.
Finn saw something move from the corner of his eye. He looked over staring hard at a few bushes.

Feeling Finn's gaze fall upon her, she froze. (Yeah ok if you're one of those people who hate one sentence replies, oof. sorry. i couldn't think of anything else to say)
Finn whispered something under his breath. It sounded Latin. When nothing happened he let out a sigh of relief but still walked over to the Bush.

Evangeline, first, heard some rustling, maybe from a bush. Then second, a voice. She lifted up her head, curious about all the noise.

Grace gave a tiny squeak and ran blindly. She didn't know where she was headed, but she needed to run.
Finn stepped back in surprise. "Hey, wait are you ok?" He called out.

There was no response. She had run out of view. Slipping into a nearby alleyway, she paused to catch her breath. Feeling in her pocket for her phone, she realized she had left her phone on the ground near that boy. Shit! she thought.
Finn looked around to see if anyone was around and knew what was going on. He sees her phone on the floor and picks it up.

Grace peeks around the corner to see what the boy had done, but realized she couldn't see him from this distance. Realizing that she was at an apartment building, she went in and climbed the steps to the rooftop and opening the door, stepped onto the rooftop. Feeling the cool breeze, she felt better, though her clothes were still soaked, but the dripping had stopped. (Btw Grace's phone is unlocked, left open on the messages between her and Izzy)
Finn hesitated but looked through the messages. He was concerned for the girl. (Based on the messages would Finn think Izzy is trustworthy?”
