First things first: I'm @Gentleman. Or at least, I used to be. I forgot my old password and email to login, and I didn't have it saved or written down anywhere, so that account is essentially lost forever. I've been trying to remember how to get back in it for months; I can't. If you had a roleplay with @Gentleman and you would like to continue it, please let me know. I loved my RPs, and if anyone wants to revive one we had, I am down for it. I can't remember what they were, though, so you'll have to link me to our old chat so that I can see what the trajectory was and where we were going with things. Isn't it awful that I can't even remember what characters I used?

Anyway, now that you're aware of that, I can move on.

I need someone to RP with. It has been far too long. PG-13, basic rules apply, though I would like someone who is well-experienced and knows what they're doing. Otherwise, I'm not in a picky mood right now.

I generally do (modern) fantasy, but I’m up for most anything. I don’t have anything in mind right now, so pretty much whatever you’d like.

I can't recall the last time I've done modern fantasy, so if you'd like to do that, I'd be up for it.

I don't have a particular character in mind, no, but I am fond of picking interesting dynamics, and I can play a wide variety of different kinds of characters. What do you think would be best? Like… what are some of the potential characters you had in mind, and what kind of dynamic pairing do you think would go best with them?

I’ll give you a brief run-down:
• Nikora - sorceress (light/dark magic); distrustful of strangers, especially other magic-wielders; usually accompanied by a large silver wolf; asexual biromantic
• Krystal - Winged fey; eldest living of her line; guardian of her only younger sibling; trained warrior; leader of the Gorgons, a primarily female gang; bi
• Solaris - winged fey; Krystal’s younger brother and right hand Lieutenant; seer; pan
• Damien - half-incubus (essentially energy vampires/empath/some emotion manipulation); hates having to feed off of others; demisexual homoromantic

and I have others if you don’t like any of these

These all look pretty cool. One random idea that occurred to me was… what if my character works for an underground organization that is anti-magical creatures. Like, it's modern fantasy, so I imagine most fantasy creatures are integrated normally into society (or at least, that'd be pretty cool), but there are still small pockets of people who have prejudice against them. Maybe my guy secretly works for an organization like that and is sent to hunt down one of your peeps, but… things don't go at all as planned.

We also don't have to do that at all, by the way. It just sorta popped in my head.

Excellent! I'm glad you do. So my character will likely be prejudiced against magical characters to begin with. He's just going to be a normal human. I haven't decided on his personality yet, though. Which of your characters are you thinking you might use?
