Rykah and Will(because I can't think of a better title)

Rykah listened in carefully, sliding down to sit on the floor.

(No, he’s gay and she eventually has a girlfriend. But they’re very, very close. Like probably closer than Anna and Jack, maybe even Anna and Will. I just realized that that didn’t sound right😂 I meant that they stayed up and talked all night…. whoops. Again, I’m really distracted)
“I checked on them, they were asleep by 3 a.m.”

Rykah yawned, his tail flicking some more.

“How mad do you think they would be if I woke them up?” Will asked. Finn laughed. “Probably pretty mad.”

Rykah couldn't help smirking.

“I’ll do it anyway.” Will said, heading upstairs, leaving Rykah and Finn alone.

Rykah watched Finn for a second, "why did Will kick you?"

“He noticed me trying to do something that he apparently doesn’t want me doing. You forget it’s not socially acceptable to do stuff like that.” Finn smiled. “And before you ask, I was attempting to read you.”

Rykah watched him for a moment, thinking about what he'd said. "Mind if I ask why?"

“I like knowing things about people before I begin running my mouth. Unlike Jesse or Anna, I’m not impulsive. And unlike Jack, I care what I say, and whether it hurts someone’s feelings. And unlike Will, I want to understand an entire situation before I do something.” Finn was very much aware he was probably giving a longer answer than Rykah was expecting.

Rykah nodd3d, "makes sense" he said. "And honestly as long as you dont make things super weird I dont mind…"

Finn smiled a bit, and began to say more, but was interrupted by two annoyed kids and one happy one. Anna and Jesse sat down at the table heavily, both of them putting their head on their arms at the same time in an identical movement.

Rykah noticed the movement, and couldn't help giggling as he got up to get another fruit to munch on.

“Caffeine.” Anna demanded, her voice muffled. Will laughed and handed her a mug and pot of coffee.
She slowly poured herself a cup of coffee, and Jesse sighed. “Do y’all have energy drinks?”
“My mom would kill us if we Did.” Will replied, before disappearing and coming back with a dark liquid in a bottle. “If you want energy, try this. I’ve been working on it, but it’s experimental. You can’t blame me for any side effects.”

Rykah listened into the conversation, not talking much, but glad he wasn't having any more issues like yesterday. Grabbing some more fruit from the fridge he pulled himself up on the counter, grabbing his own fluffy tail and placing it beside him so it wouldn't knock anything over.

Jesse seemed to trust him fully that the potion wouldn’t cause problems, so he drank some, and nodded st Will and smiled.

Rykah watched the whole scene from the background, happy to be where he was, quiet, and watchful.
(We need to get the whole lot outside…. picnic maybe? Or something along those lines?)

(The sun is like just now coming up, so I’ll have Will propose the idea)
Jesse made a face as he swallowed, and said, “You probably need to work ok the taste a little, bud.”
Will smiled and nodded. “So what do you guys think about maybe heading to the park today?”

Jack opened a portal underneath the jar before it could break on the hard countertops, as he came down the stairs. He put his hand out and the jar came down into it. “Morning.”

Rykah blinked in surprise when he saw the portal. But quickly shrugged it off, "Sorry about that" he said sheepishly, tucking the end of his tail under his leg this time.

“Don’t worry about it.” Everyone in the room said at the same time.

Rykah raised an eyebrow at that. "Are you sure you lot aren't quintuplets or something?" he asked.

Finn and Jesse both raised an eyebrow. “We’re pretty sure. Maybe we should get some testing or something.”

Everyone laughed, Will especially, but then Anna stopped for a second. “You do remember that Will and Jack are identical, right?” She smiled.

"The move, talk, sound, and smell different." said Rykah in quick response.

All three of the triplets raised their eyebrows, but Jesse and Finn laughed. “He has you down.” Jesse said.

Rykah noticed their looks and shrugged, "you do remember I'm part wolf right Will?"

Will smiled and nodded. “Right.”
Jesse raised an eyebrow.
(Also, my uncle, aunt, and baby cousin are here, as are my other aunt and uncle, along with their two children. So the brother Will is based off of immediately gravitated towards the baby, my older brother took my little cousins downstairs to the air hockey table, and my other brother and I hid in the basement and played pool until everyone went home. So you can gauge our personalities pretty well from that.)

Rykah saw the question on Jesse's face, "It's a long story…" he said, "But to keep it short my dad is a halfblood Solaris wolf, which makes me one fourth solaris wolf, hence the ears, tail and wings."

(Played pool downstairs with my brother.)
“Right….” Jesse said uncomfortably.
Anna smiled, and said, “Come on, Jess, it’s not that different from what we’ve heard before.”
