Sabine & Ling

"Do you have to leave again?" she asked, knowing the look in his eyes anywhere.

He sighed heavily and looked away "I must go to Peru to attend an opening ceremony for my new location. Afterwards I have to stay there so I can meet the 2 stars that are collaborating to us to create a fashion line. I'm sorry I didnt tell you before."

Sabine smiled weakly and cupped his face. "It is alright. Let us in enjoy this now before you leave."

"You can come with me if you want amor." He smiled

"I'm afraid I could not. I must be back in Paris," Sabine replied softly.

"With Rosella?" He asked

Sabine nodded in response. "Let's enjoy this now," she said kissing his cheek lightly.

"Of course love." He smiled and picked up a glass filled with a sparkling light pink liquid.

She looked at him lovingly. "Mon amour."

They sat and quietly enjoyed the sounds of the waves crashing down against the nearby rocks, the cry of the gulls as they flew around, the feeling of the warm sun warming their bodies. Ashton sighed and looked at her, she was relaxed and so peaceful. He smiled and brought out the picnic basket "a brunch for the lovely lady." He said

Sabine blushed. "Je t'adore," she murmured happily.

He smiled and took out some of her favourite foods.

Sabine smiled blissfully as she watched him. Her eyes hardly strayed from his face.

The spent the early part of the morning togather, eating and talking. Ashton soon received a phone call telling him intinery for his trip tomorrow

Sabine slipped her hand into his, entwining their fingers, and shifting so that she could rest her head on his shoulder.

"Have you ever thought about our life in the future?" He asked, staring at the waves

"Oui, several times," she answered. "Pourquoi?"

(I was thinking that they adopt a child and then Ashton proposed?)

Ashton smiled "I was only asking because I would really like to have a little child bring us togather again." He ssaid

Sabine looked up at him with wide eyes. "Oh, Ashton…"

Ashton looked away from her and smiled wistfully "I have thought about having the joy of taking care of children again quite a few times."

She inched close enough to press a gentle kiss to his cheek as her response.

He wrapped an arm around her shoulders and pulled her close.

She breathed in his rich smell and let it flood her senses. "What have I done to deserve a man such as you?" she asked softly, looking out across the waves.

"Not much." He joked. Smiling and kissing her forehead "I'm kidding. The real question is what have I done to deserve you?" He mumbled"

She looked up at him and their noses brushed. A rosy glow appeared on her cheeks. "I'm not sure."

He smiled and kissed the corner of her mouth

She pecked his lips in return.

"Shall we go to the store today? It would give e us a chance to explore inland this way."
